(Ei's Bedroom)"Nyaro, when do you think this human is going to wake up?"
"I'm not sure Grim, but you shouldn't force someone to wake up. Especially someone who just had a breakdown yesterday. Seriously, where are your manners, 'future best mage'?"
"Don't mock me you one-horn!"
Ei grumbled softly in her sleep, disturbed by the loud voices that echoed in her ears. The voices belonged to none other than her two companions—Grim and Mephisto, engaged in a heated argument while the female archon continued to slumber.
But since arguments were loud in nature, it was no wonder Ei suddenly woke up to the sound of Grim yelling Mephisto to shut up. She, who got woken up by her slumber so suddenly, was understandably pissed at the both of them. She sheathed out her blade, and dealt with them quickly—their bodies pushed back to the other side of the room by a massive shockwave that affected only them.
"You two should be aware. I don't like getting disturbed, whether that would be meditating or sleeping." Approaching the two, she took them by the collar and gently settled them on the floor, still feeling a bit dizzy from the impact.
By the corner of her eye, she could make out three figures. The three ghosts from before, although fearful of the female, showed themselves to her. They smiled awkwardly and waved. Ei, not feeling any sort of ill-intentions this time, didn't bother with them and instead looked at her companions.
Ei, noticing how they were not recovering, was starting to rethink of doing such an action. She gently shook them, even slapping them to receive a reaction. Many slaps later, they seemed to come back to their senses. "There you go.."
Mephisto was first to regain full-consciousness, grumbling at all the pain he was feeling at the same time. He gently caressed his red cheeks. "Was it really necessary to slap us? Now it's not only my back that hurts, but my cheeks as well." He grumbled, as he stood up from the floor.
"I merely saw it as an extra measure. Although unnecessary to you, it seemed to work efficiently. So it's fine." Ei commented as she walked over to Grim and gently lifted him from the floor. He appeared to be in some kind of trance.
Mephisto then approached Ei, simultaneously applying an ointment handed to him by the ghosts. "Anyways, I have news. Many things happened last night after you entered the room after all."

"Grim, shouldn't you be happy that you got in? After all, it's been your goal for many years, is it not?" Ei asked the feline that was grumbling under his breath.
Mephisto had just finished explaining everything that happened to the both of them while Ei was away—resting. How they were tested by Crowley, how Grim was finally given his cans of tuna and a small opportunity to stay on school grounds; however they were—from now on—going to be the one of the school's janitorial staff.
Grim huffed, his ear flames fuming. "Yeah, but I don't want to be a janitor! I want to be a student here!"
Mephisto crossed his arms, "In short, he's just picky, don't mind him Ei. Yesterday, he was morbidly complaining to me how much he wanted to be a student instead." Mephisto whispered to the archon. It wasn't really a whisper wasn't it? Seeing how Grim heard every single word of it.
