Yumiko's POV

It has been 6 months since the good news broke out. Toji decided that the baby will not be introduced to their clan. Both he and Naobito said that it was also for the baby's sake. I agreed with their opinion, although I still felt a little sadness within me because our child will still lose the chance of meeting one of their grandparents.

Kiss. "Don't leave the house without Takeru, alright?" Toji said. He had to go back to work since Toya was complaining about handling all the work for the past months (although Toji was only absent for around 2 weeks at most). Toji also felt a little bad for Toya since the workload was a little heavier than usual according to the both of them. I smiled and told him that I won't leave alone so he went to work without hesitation.

A few minutes after he left, I made sure that he was nowhere in sight. While carefully holding my belly, I ran to Takeru who was innocently solving a rubix cube on the corner of the room. He threw the cube in shock when I almost drifted to a stop in front of him.

"W-What's wrong, Mrs. Fushiguro?" He asked worriedly while holding his chest with one hand. I chuckled and apologized for the shock, then, I held both his shoulders making him gulp.

"Takeru. Do me a fav--"

"No, Mrs. Fushiguro." He answered. I haven't even said anything yet!

I pouted and whined. "Come on, please?" I said. He kept on shaking his head. "You're so unfair!"

"I will not let that incident happen again!" He said, his voice slightly breaking. 

"W-What incident?" Act fool, act fool.

"If I say all of them, we will go on forever and ever!" He said, also whining. I looked away in guilt.

TAKERU'S FLASHBACK

"Takeru!"

I immediately ran to Mrs. Fushiguro holding her belongings. "Yes, Mrs. Fushiguro?"

"Can you get me a milkshake? The baby keeps on kicking when I started thinking of it!" She said. She pointed to the nearby cafe with their 'special' milkshake posted on a board beside the entrance. She must be craving again. 

"Coming up!" I said. I told Toya to stay with Mrs. Fushiguro before I went to the cafe to order the milkshake. There were 6 people in front of me on the line and I can't even sneak out to the front! Thankfully, it took only 6 minutes for them to finally claim their orders. Turns out they were only picking up plain coffees! I paid for the milkshake and went out.

"Here's your milkshake, Mrs. Fushigu-- Eh? EH?!"

Right. Left. Front. Back.

I CAN'T FIND HER-- NO, I CAN'T FIND THEM! Just when I was about to leave and look for them even further, someone spoke behind me.
