"Lankey! Hey, did you find anything?" Yani asked as she smiled heading towards his desk.
"Uh- Um no ma'am, I didn't get a chance to look into it."
"Why?"
"Because he was helping me." Kasen butted in, walking up to the two.
"Helping you with what?" Yani rolled her eyes.
"What is he helping you with?" Kasen pressed.
"None of your business, Kasen. You knew I asked Lankey for help. You purposely had him go with you, for what though?"
"I actually didn't know. I brought him because he's one of the best here." Kasen shrugged nonchalantly.
"Anyways, anybody know what this meeting about?" Yani asked, crossing her arms over her chest.
"Nope. But they say he pisseddd." Lankey eyed as he shook his head.
Just like that the entire station got quiet as the Lieutenant, Captain, Commander, Deputy Chief, Assistant Chief, and Chief Mason all walked out of the office into a straight line, all surrounding the center of the station.
"Listen up! There's been an anonymous source providing me with information about drug use!" Chief Mason angrily pointed his finger around the station as he looked around at the scared faces.
"Everyone is taking a drug test. Anything come back positive, you're suspended indefinitely! Our percentile for solved cases has gone down tremendously since last year. It's shameful." Was all he said, storming straight to his office.
Swear shit just get worse every day.
It's literally draining.

"Listen, I honestly didn't know Samir was Samurai's twin brother. That's just for one. Two, they have been taking turns acting just like Samurai." Yani rolled her eyes.
"Woah what?"
"Yeah, weird as hell. Can't believe they have been playing me. But Samir just took it upon himself to think we are a thing or I don't even know what he thinks."
"I don't like him. Honestly, that man is evil as the fuck." Yani continued as she felt herself getting riled up.
"Sa'Niyah your cousin literally watched me use the bathroom, like what kind of sick lunatic shit is that?"
