It was now midnight, the moon was shining brightly amidst the night. The sky was full of stars, making a way of light to the dim highway that Zachariah was driving on.

They are going to their new mansion tonight. Their parents already send their orders to go immediately because they wanna put their mansion in use. They know how busy their children were.

Zachariah's eyes were focused on the road, looking so calm and classy. His long and veiny fingers were on the steering wheel gripping it slightly, making the vein in hands show more.

Seraphina rolled her windows down and looked outside, noticing there were only trees. They were now on top of the city. It feels refreshing, the air feels new.

She closed her eyes and let the breeze fan over her face. She heard soft music fill in the entire surface of the car. Zachariah must sense her tiredness. Without noticing, Zachariah let out a smile.

The ride was quiet, but it was a comfortable silence. With a soft melody playing in the background, it feels like she was floating in the air because of the amount of tiredness in her body.

A few minutes later, Zachariah halted the car slowly. Seraphina opened her eyes at the sudden movement. She looked at him and realized that they had finally reached their house.

Without a further do, Zachariah opened the door for Serpahina. Seraphina got out and the mansion immediately greeted her face. It was so perfectly designed and built. No words can ever describe how it was beautifully detailed and done.

"Shall we?" Zachariah asked carefully while looking at her with so much fondness in his eyes, while Seraphina was so much lost in the view.

Seraphina hummed in agreement. They both maintained a distance while walking forward towards the main door. When they opened the door, their eyes twinkled in an awe.

They both explored the entire mansion without noticing the time, they don't have any plans for tomorrow either because their parents will take care of their company in the mean time.

Soon, they arrived at the master bedroom. It was so huge and has so many structures. It has a walk-in-closet for the both of them. It was domestically designed.

As soon they saw the bed, they felt sleepy. It was so comfy. The tiredness from bedores is slowly turning back and dominating their whole body. Without a second thought, they took a bath with a separate bathroom and freshen their self.

Zachariah was the first one to got out from the shower. He dried his body and his hair. He looked at the clock and saw that it was already one in the morning. He sighed and went to the balcony, even though how sleepy he is, he'll still wait for Serpahina to be finished so they can talk about their arrangements for the night.

While waiting, Zachariah admired the view from below. They were in an uphill. Their mansion was located away from the city, but in the highest location. He can entirely see the view of the whole city. It was still was now peaceful, the whole city was now asleep.

The breeze blew gently, but it has a rushed of coldness. Along with the gustling of the wind, the door from the bathroom opened, sensing that Seraphina was now done and fully dry.

Serpahina paid no mind at him and continued doing her own business. He observed her and witnessed that she was working in her laptop while busy checking some mails. He felt a need of worry.

"Seraphina, it's one in the morning and you're working. You don't have work tomorrow." Zachariah said gently not wanting the woman to get angry or annoyed.

"It's my choice. If this sight was not welcoming to you. Then, I appreciate to mind your own business." Seraphina answered with a blank tone, while not looking at him.

Zachariah looked at him with an unknown impression. He was expecting this kind of attitude since the day he saw her to their family dinner. But, he never loathed her, not even a bit.

Zachariah let out a breath and sat at the corner of the bed, contemplating on how she would ask Serpahina to their bed arrangement. While thinking, he observed her wife working passionately. He felt a sense of pride and respect of her own wife.

Zachariah never thought in his whole life to witness a person who would put their life for their carrer. Yes, he saw his father, but not like this. Seraphina is different. He can see the passion and devotion through her eyes as she scanned some papers on her table.

Zachariah is an ace through their company, that's why his father promoted him as a CEO in such an early age. But, he can't reach the amount of devotion through Seraphina's eyes. It was unfathomable.

Zachariah's POV

She looks so peaceful while handling some hard and logical paperwork. There's a fire inside her eyes that faithfulness towards her work. I knew that my parents know what's good for me, that's why I accepted this proposal and I didn't even regretted it.

As I observed her so focused on her work, my heart beat quicken without myself noticing. The intensity with wich she tackled each paper, the determination that she has etched onto her features.

I was mesmerized by her. I saw her not just her beauty, but also her strenth, her resilience, her dedication. As I watched her pouring her heart and mind through the dosen of papers, my admiration rose above higher, to being the witness of what incredible woman she was.

Choosing that decision that night led me to a new beginning with someone that I wanted to cherish and treasure forever. And maybe, that time was a call of destiny.

In her own passion, I found my heart stirred, realizing how unique every part of her is. I realized that admiring her meant to support to her dreams and standing by her side any time.

I smiled to myself, realizing that I will definitely do that without hesitations.
