Tsumiki's bachelorette party was the best bachelorette party ever in the existence of bacherlorette parties.Or, at least, that's what a bunch of sorcerors who never went to bachelorette parties believed.
Because Tsumiki was there, it was a no drinks occasion - that didn't stop Shoko and Utahime downing a little in the bathroom. Shoko was less obvious than Utahime, who ended up slurring a lot through a game of pictionary that was filled with way too much yelling.
Tsumiki made sure that a movie was watched, with popcorn and chips and soda. Also some bread for Nanami. Tsumiki decided that since Nanami was your best friend, it was only appropriate that he came to the bachelorette party instead of the bachelors one.
Nanami was not a night owl though - he'd been sleeping earlier than he usually did, every since he got a day job. So, he joined Shoko when she snuck into the bathroom for a drink.
"I thought you were the responsible one," Shoko grinned cheekily, as she held up a small cup for him.
Nanami went for the bottle, taking a quick swig before passing it back to her. He wiped his mouth, sighing. "A hangover might get me through the wedding tomorrow."
Shoko blinked. "I dunno if it's the drinks or the fact that we're in a bathroom, but I'm finding you really attractive right now, Nanami." Shoko reached up to push his hair back, her breath being caught in her throat. "Oh my god, you look good like this."
Nanami pushed her hand away. "You're going to do something you'll regret, senpai. Let's head back for the movie."
Nanami walked out of the bathroom first, heading over to sit in front of the couch - you, Mei, Utahime and Tsumiki took up most of it, so he continued to be a gentleman and sit on the floor.
Shoko walked out of the bathroom, shaking a little, and immediately came face to face with a smirking Mei. "You see the appeal, huh?"
Shoko groaned. "I don't know why."
Mei shrugged, leaning against the wall. "Doesn't he remind you of Geto, a little bit?"
Shoko paused. "What?"
"Am I wrong?" She shrugged, before heading into the bathroom herself.
Shoko leaned her head against the wall, trying her best to think straight. "Stupid Mei."
Nanami reached back to get some chips from the bowl that Tsumiki cradled in her lap. The lights were all off in the room, and the only thing that lit up the room sometimes, was a brighter scene from the movie.
And when Nanami reached back, a brighter scene happened, and he caught a glimpse of something shiny.
Subtly, Nanami tapped your ankle. You looked down at him, raising a brow. He raised his left hand, and you quickly pieced together what he was talking about. He saw a little smile grow on your face as you gave out your hand.
Nanami held your hand gently, looking down at the ring on your left hands' finger.
On the second night, after visiting Yaga, the two of you had decided to take a stroll. The streets were empty, but it wasn't a cloudy night, so the moon lit up the place nicely. There was a lot to talk about; the kids, the wedding, the missions.
But Satoru wanted you to know something. Something he didn't plan on every mentioning again, after this.
"You know... as a sorcerer... I want to die."
You paused, your grip on his hand loosening. Satoru quickly tightened his grip around yours. "I hope there's a but to this sentence, Satoru," you tried to joke.
