Rejecting the past

Hoshi leans against Tobias while they eat, Theodore completely ignoring everything and just eating.
Tobias would feel a tug at his leg, looking down at his feet
A little deformed fish like child would stand at Tobias feet, babbling.
Tobias face scrunches up in disgust.

"What the.."

Tobias schooches away, the blabbling baby following him.
Hoshi tilts his head and picks up the fish child.

"Hey mama, who's this?"

Hoshi cradles the baby, the baby trying to toy with his antenna.
Sheila would smile, responging.

"He's family. Your grandparents adopted him not long ago."

"Oh.. what's its name.. oddly enough I enjoy his precense.."

Hoshi sits down, Tobias looking at the baby weirdly. Sheila answers.

"Nicco. Your grandpa came up with that name."

"Well I think Nicco is adorable!"

Hoshi smiles, cradling the baby.

Theodore curiously looks at the kid, looking at tobias.

"You sure he doesn't have.. a brain tumor or-"

Sheila points a kitchen knife at Theodore

"MY GRANDSON DOES NOT HAVE A BRAIN TUMOR."

Theodore gulps nervously, Tobias snickering.

"Well I think your grandson is beautiful miss."

Tobias would say sarcastically, scoffing and leaning back.

Tobias would eyes Hoshi, slowly softening up upon seeing the child being loved.

It was a hideous child but.. he was adored..

Tobias would zone out, not noticing Hoshi getting up.

"I have to go make sure Yuri doesn't think I'm lost.. shes the one who was with me.."

"Ill come along, you coming Tobias?"

Theodore looks at Tobias who is very zoned out

Theodore snaps his fingers in front of Tobias, who snaps back into reality.

"Huh? What?"

Tobias looks up.

Theodore rolls his eyes

"Are you coming?"

"Oh.. yeah.."

Tobias gets up and heads out the door after Hoshi

Theodore looks at Sheila and winks before walking out.

Sheila scoffs, looking away with a soft blush on her face.
