Chapter 9 : Camp Half-Blood

Percy POV :

I woke up in a room I didn't know. The events from last night came back in my head. I saw the girl from yesterday sitting on a chair near my bed. She saw my open eyes and she asked :

"What will happen at the summer solstice ?"

"What ?"

"What's going on ? What has been stolen ? We only have a few weeks !"

"I'm sorry. I don't know." There was a knock on the door and Grover came in. He looked at me with sad eyes.

"Don't look at me like that Grover. I remember last night. I know it wasn't a dream."

"I'm sorry for your mom." I nodded and then remembered what she told me about my father.

"She knew I was a demigod, she knew who my father is." I simply stated. "Where's my stuff ?" He gived me my wand, the Minotaur horn and my phone.

"Demigod shouldn't use phone. They attract the monster." He told me. I nodded.

"My mom isn't dead."

"Percy-"

"Does a human disapear in light when he die ?" They looked at me wided eyes.

"We should go see Chiron and Mr. D." We went out of the room and on a huge porch. I saw Mr. Brunner and a man playing cards. The man had a red nose, big watery eyes and curly black hair so black it was almost purple. The two looked up at me. Something told me the man was a god. Surely Dionysos. I bowed to him.

"My Lord." The man eyes widened.

"How did you guess I am a god ?" I did my famous grin the one I inherited from my grandfather.

"Instinct."

"Mr. D this is Percy Jackson. He is new." Grover said.

"Annabeth why don't you co check on Percy bunk ? We'll be putting him in cabin eleven for now." Mr. Brunner said.

"Sure Chiron." She looked at me. "You drool in your sleep." An idea flashed in my brain. I'll have to ask Mr. Br- Chiron later.

"Chiron ?" He turned toward me. "What is this place ? What am I doing here ? Why would you go to Yancy ?"

"I asked him the same question." Lord Dionysos said. He looked at me like he expected me to do something. I took out my wand and put it back in my pocket so fast only him saw it. His eyes had a look of understanding.

"Percy. Did your mother tell you nothing ?"

"She told me I am a demigod. She told me my father is powerfull and important. She told me she knew who he is and I know too deep inside. And I think she may be right."

"Oh you think ? Well, Grover we need to talk about your mission." Mr. D said.

"Y-Yes sir !"

Dionysos turned toward me " Cabin eleven Percy Jackson. I'll talk to you later." They walked away.

"Now Percy let's go." Chiron got out of the wheel whair and his leg became horse leg while he stepped out. A magic wheel chair. Cool.

"What a relief," the centaur said. "I'd been cooped up in there so long, my fetlocks had fallen asleep. Now, come, Percy Jackson. Let's meet the other campers."

We began to walk and on the way people were staring at me. Pointing. Except for that we had a nice tour. We finished the tour by the cabin. They wer in a U shape. On the rigth cabin 1 to 11 and on the left cabin 2 to 12. They were nothing alike.
