Sarah and Issac Lahey got married shortly after the events of the supernatural.
They both had a baby girl and a baby boy. Erica Lydia Lahey and Cameron Boyd Lahey.
The two loved their kids more than anything. So much that they promised to never step foot in Beacon Hills ever again not wanting that life for their children.
But aside from that Sarah and Issac had a happy life yes it took them time to make their way back together but if you asked them, it was worth it.
Because in the end if they didn't go through what they had went through they never would have found their way back to each other.
