Peter walked out of his bedroom a couple of weeks later to find a pair of suitcases by the front door.

He frowned as he walked into the kitchen, "Hey who's going somewhere?" he asked, opening the freezer to look for his favorite Saturday morning breakfast.

His aunt laughed softly as she poured herself a cup of coffee, "Don't you remember?" she asked, plugging in the toaster when she noticed he'd grabbed the toaster waffles.

He set the box on the counter and looked at her, "Remember what?" he asked, tilting his head slightly.

She pulled a plate out of the cabinet and set it on the counter by the toaster, "You and Addie are staying with Tony and Pepper for a week while Happy and I go on our anniversary trip." she replied, smiling at him.

He shook his head, frowning slightly before a look of recognition crept into his expression< "No...I forgot.." he admitted sheepishly.

She nodded, smiling softly at him, "I know you did tough guy." she replied, patting his cheek softly. "That's why we didn't leave before the two of you woke up...and why I already have her bag packed. All you need to do is make sure she's dressed and that you pack Peter bear and she'll be all set to go."

The brunet nodded, "Okay."

She chuckled softly, "Someone from the compound will be here at about two to pick the two of you up. That way you're not carrying her and two duffle bags around on the subway."

He grinned at her, "You think of everything MAy."

She reached over and tousled his messy curls, "I know." she replied softly.

He reached over to the toaster as it went off, picking up his freshly cooked toaster waffles and placing them on his plate, "I guess it's a really good thing that you know me so well." he replied with a laugh, a large grin spread across his face.

She nodded, pulling the grapes out of the fridge and setting them next to him, after taking care of him for so long she knew that he always ate grapes or blueberries with his toaster waffles, "it definitely is." she announced. She pulled a smaller bowl and placed it in front of herself before grabbing a small knife as she started cutting some grapes in half. "What would you do without me?" she teased.

He shrugged, grinning at her, "I have no idea. He replied softly, he seemed to think about it for a few seconds. "I don't think I'd last too long though."

She chuckled softly to herself, "You give me too much credit baby." she replied, placing the bowl of fruit in front of where Addie usually ate for breakfast.

He shook his head as she walked around the counter and placed his plate in the spot next to Addie's, "I'm not giving you enough credit, Aunt May." he countered, pulling her into a hug.

She went to argue when Happy spoke up, already knowing what she was going to say, "He's really not." he announced, walking down the hall not yet in sight.

She smiled in his direction, her expression softening as he came into view; the sight of Addie holding onto his hand as she rubbed her eyes, yawning cutely as she toddled along next to the burly man.

He continued to walk slowly with the girl, "Look who woke up." he announced, quietly, his voice unusually soft at the moment as the four-year-old shook the sleep off of herself.

May smiled at the newest member of their family and knelt down to where she was eye level with the preschooler, "Did you sleep well baby?" she asked.

The preschooler nodded before grinning brightly at her and letting go of Happy's hand. She quickly ran over to the dark-haired woman, "Uh huh." she replied, hugging her.
