TWO - tour them and be friendly(ish)

Robyn laid on her bed in her dormitory and patiently waited for the time to tour the new kids. Robyn had Carmelita beg to Vice Principal Nero for Robyn to not wear the uniform, although she had to tour the Quagmires. She didn't mind since it could lead her to more answers, which are always great.

All Robyn did was slide on a pale blue plaid skirt, a white tee shirt, and a brown sweater vest. She brushed her hair and braided it into two tiny braids. She wanted to look presentable for the children. She grabbed her keys for the dormitory and jogged out of the dorm hall. It was cloudy like every other day at Prufrock Prep, and she had to wait for many kids to get through the door. Once Robyn finally got into the main building, she jogged upstairs to the Administration office where she found the two twins. She knocked on Vice Principal Nero's door. The door swung open, revealing the vice principal.

"Oh, hello Robyn! Okay, you can start the tour now," the vice principal exclaimed. "Quagmires, this will be your tour guide. Robyn, they are orphan twins, so show them to the orphan shack."

"We're not twins! Our-"

"Whatever. You guys ranting about how you aren't twins is wasting Robyn and I's time." Vice Principal Nero pushed the kids out of his office and waved, slamming the door. Robyn turned to face the kids, folding her arms. She had to put on a show to make it more believable, at least until she figured out their importance.

"C'mon," Robyn expressed, already starting to walk around. Robyn turned on her heels and walked down the hallway.

"So, what's your name?" The girl asked.

"Uh, Robyn. Nero already said it though," Robyn replied with sass. "What's your guys names?"

"I'm Isadora Quagmire, and this is my brother Duncan," Isadora said. Robyn turned around to properly greet them.

"Nice to meet you," Duncan muttered, staring up at the brunette girl.

"Nice to meet you two. Also, what does Nero mean when you guys are 'not twins?'" Robyn questioned, putting air quotes on not twins.

"Well, our parents died in a terrible fire," Duncan explained as the three started walking. "Along with our twin brother." Robyn's mouth dropped.

"Oh wow, I'm so sorry," Robyn sympathized.

"Don't worry, you are probably the nicest person at the school so far," Isadora responded.

Here's one thing Robyn was told by her mother before she was dropped off. There was a code word that her and a family knew this. The world is quiet here. But looks like the Quagmires got to it first.

"The world is quiet here," the three said at the same time. They looked up at each other in shock.

"Wait, what?" Duncan replied. "You know that too?"

"Uh, duh, or else I wouldn't say it in sync with you two." Robyn huffed. "Okay, let's get this tour over with, then, maybe we can talk." The kids were by the classrooms.

"These are the classrooms. I'm in Mr. Remora's class, who teaches language arts. Then there is Ms. Bass, who teaches math class. You think you're going to learn stuff, eh?" Robyn wondered, turning around to face the kids again.

"Well it is a school-"

"You're extremely wrong, then," Robyn replied, folding her arms. "Duncan, I think we're in the same class. Isadora, you're with Ms. Bass, praying for you." The two triplets chuckled, mainly Duncan. Robyn and Duncan looked at each other for a expeditious second, which means done with speed and efficiency. Isadora noticed and quietly giggled. They knew that the three of them would be friends.
