𝑯𝒆'𝒔 𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒌

The sound of the door closing suddenly woke me up. I slowly rubbed my eyes as I tried to focus my vision on the shadow in my room. "Kaa-chan?" I asked as I unintentionally yawned.

The shadow came closer to my bed. I grew worried. "Kaa-chan...?" I asked again, with a hint of panic in my voice. I quickly switched on the lamp near my bedside and the first thing I saw were red eyes. "Naruto." The red-eyed man's voice was loud, deep and scary. Too shocked to move, the only thing I could do was scream.

I screamed as loud as I possibly could and mustered up the courage to cover myself under the blanket. I heard footsteps rush up the stairs, my door was suddenly opened and I heard two voices at once.

"Naruto! Dear wake up, come on now!" I heard Kaa-chan yell. I slowly got out of my blanket and looked at her. "Kaa-chan?" I asked, tearing up. She hugged me tightly as I bawled my eyes out.

"Kaa-chan I was so scared! A man was in my room, he had red eyes!" I yelled while in tears. I felt Kaa-chan stiff up for a second before whispering, "Its okay dear, he's not here anymore, you're safe." She ran her fingers through my hair to ease my anxiety. Once they believed I was asleep,which I wasn't, I heard Kaa-chan say, "He's back, Jiraiya."

'Who's back?' I asked myself. I heard Tou-san sigh as he moved in Kaa-chan's direction. There was silence until Tou-san said, "Let's go, we'll think of a solution in the morning." I soon heard my door open then close. ' Who's back?' I asked myself once more as I then forced myself to sleep.

"Morning Nii-san!" I heard as I slowly woke up. "Morning otouto." I greeted. I stood up and ushered him off the bed. I then proceeded to fix it and put on my gown. "Have you showered?" I asked him softly. He shook his head as a response.

"You know what to do, go on." I said, pointing in the direction of my bathroom. Without much protest, he walked into my shower as I tried to shake off my drowsiness. I heard the shower running, which meant he was showering.

'What time is is?' I asked myself. I then remembered the digital clock on my nightstand. I glanced at it only to find out otouto woke me up at 4 am...
I looked in the direction of the shower and facepalmed slightly.

My alarm for 5 am hadn't rung yet which gave me time to get back into bed. I slowly got in and pulled the blanket over my body. Just as I nearly fell asleep, I heard the shower stop suddenly. I sighed as I pretended not to feel otouto's presence near my bed.

"It's 4:10 am!?" He asked himself. I felt my bed moving and a tug on the blanket, that meant he got back into bed fully clothed I hope.

My alarm clock rang sooner than I could comprehend as I stood up and yawned slightly. I slowly walked to the bathroom, closing the door behind me softly. I slid the glass door blocking me from the shower open and opened the hot water.

I soon undressed as stepped into the shower. I started off with my face then down to my arms and the rest of my body. As soon as I was done scrubbing my body I rinsed it thoroughly and stood there for an extra 5 minutes just to really feel the warmth and silence.

I grabbed my towels and dried my hair and body. I then walked to my basin and took my toothbrush and put toothpaste on it as I dipped in water slightly, brushing my teeth. I did this for about 2 minutes and rinsed my mouth. I then rinsed my mouth a second time with mouthwash then stepped out of the bathroom.

I found my bed fixed and otouto no where to be seen. I smiled slightly as I walked to my wardrobe and took out what I needed, which was my uniform, comb, ribbon, deodorant, cologne, lotion and underwear.
