Before I know it, Enzo and I are walking back into the apartment above the bar with a bunch of cookies. I'm still sad, but I feel better after being with Jane. I had emailed Strauss and told her I was taking at least the rest of the week off. I was the only one Frank had which means I'm in charge of making sure he has a funeral, even if I'm the only one who shows up. Luca had told my mom what happened who is now also there when I arrive. I stayed in her arms for what felt like forever. She promised to help me plan everything.

The next few days were a whirlwind. There was a bunch of crying, anger and decisions. I was mourning Frank while also being so mad at him. He left me everything he had, I was now rich and had property in numerous states and even some internationally. I got word out about his funeral to each found family he introduced me to throughout the summers. It was going to be on Friday, it was now Wednesday. I had everything ready for the funeral. I even managed to sleep at the mansion which was now mine, though Enzo, Luca and Leo also slept there with me. I even was able to fill them in on the drama of my love life. Their reactions were exactly as Mike's and Michael's.

I have on my black funeral dress and am looking at myself in the mirror. My eyes are all puffy from the amount of crying I've been doing this week.

"Izzy, we gotta leave." Leo tells me from the hallway. I take a big breath and grab my purse. Leo drives us to the funeral house in silence. When we arrive, it is packed. People from all over have traveled to say goodbye to Frank. People I haven't seen in years come up to me, I never felt so relieved. It was like a bunch of reunions, but for the worst reason. Emily and Hotch both texted me this morning to tell me they're one call or text away. For some reason, both seem inviting even though I feel like they shouldn't. Penelope told me how Frank made them not know who actually killed him, and he was right, I can't resent them all so I don't resent them at all. Even in death he is protecting me from myself.

A lot of people came back to the house after the funeral. I keep going back and forth between Emily and Hotch's messages while sitting on the couch. I feel Enzo looking over my shoulder too late to lock my phone.

"Bella... what are we gonna do with you?" Enzo asks while sitting next to me. I react to each of their messages with a heart then hand my phone to Enzo.

"Don't let me message either of them, but let me know if I get any notifications." I tell Enzo and he nods while pocketing my phone. I spent the rest of the night enjoying the time with people I rarely see. A lot of them slept over at the house, but some went to a different location to sleep. By Sunday midday everyone except my mom, Enzo, Luca and Leo had gone home.

"Here's your phone, Bella." Enzo hands me my phone. I had forgotten that I gave it to him. "Emily and Hotch have low key been blowing up your phone all weekend." I looked at my notifications and he's right. I have 50 texts just from the two of them, plus others from the rest of the team seeing how I'm doing. Right as I'm about to reply to Hotch the doorbell rings. I look at the security cameras and am not totally surprised that I see Hotch standing at my door.

I go and open the door, "I was just about to reply to your texts." I say as a greeting. I step out onto the porch and close the door. I can see Hotch relax the tiniest of bit seeing that I am ok.

"You hadn't responded all weekend and I figured you had people over so I talked myself out of coming yesterday. Today I just couldn't stand not checking in on you since no one has heard from you ever since Emily saw you at Jane's." It seems Hotch is rambling a bit.

"Let's go talk on the back porch, it's a little more private." I say as I lead Hotch to go around the house. I sit down on the rocking bench and motion for Hotch to sit next to me. He sits down and takes my hand into his own. It's been over a week since we hooked up and haven't been able to actually talk about it.
