A/N: Here we are the second to last chapter. I know I said you'd see a softer side of Hope in the last chapter but the chapter was getting too long. This chapter is focused mainly on why she's so dead set on breaking the curse. It also explores the relationship between her and Davina as well.

The cage door closed as Betty walked out with a blood sample. To everyone's surprise the gorilla kept his word She'd been unharmed despite the fact took forever to get the needle to penetrate his skin.  

Taking the test Tube she began to write on it but stopped when she realized she didn't have a name. Turning to face the gorilla she took a breath and asked what they should call him.

Despite knowing his name Titan decided to play dumb and said he didn't have a name using sign language.

"Really? Okay, how about I just label this as Project G." The woman said writing the word on the test tube that held the ape's blood in it.

The gorilla snorted as she walked away. He knew Hope was on her way he didn't know how he could just feel it. What he didn't know was that she would be bringing back up.

Back at the school things weren't going to well The Mikealson family was working on getting help from the outside but due to the bridge being blown up it would take some time and they weren't about to risk these children's lives while they had their powers the students didn't.

Rebekah, Freya, and Kole were biding time waiting for triad industries to drop their guard so they could make a move. The soldiers on the other hand were losing their patience. They'd been here for hours and before they could even enter the school their first wave had been disarmed, dismembered, and tortured by both Kole and Rebekah.

"We're looking for a chalice. See, none of this is a chalice." Said Burr who had recovered from Rebekah's wrath. The student he was yelling at looked very afraid.

"Hey!"

Turning around Burr saw two of his men escorting MG into the room.

"What was he doing out there?" The man demanded glaring at the vampire after what Rebekah had done to him and his men he was feeling very trigger happy but he wasn't stupid enough to shoot a student with a thousand year old witch in the next room.

"Chill, man. I was just looking for your unholy grail." The teen explained not wanting to be shot.

"Except you've come back empty-handed." The man stated, MG wasn't Stupid instead of telling the man to go to hell or fuck off he stayed quiet.

"Go wait with the others You're as useless as they are." Burr spat having had enough for one day.

"I'm sorry."  The boy said as he was roughly escorted towards a few other students.

"You're very strong, by the way."  He said as the soldiers tossed him in front of a small group of students that consisted of Rafael, Kaleb, Jed, and Pedro who looked terrified. Not wanting to risk any more students or staff getting shot Rebekah and Freya had told the students to do as she had instructed and look for the artifact and give it to triad.

"You got back just in time. Ugly Triad dude's about to go Full Metal Jacket." Said Kaleb looking at his friend.

"Yeah the only thing preventing Hope's relatives from massacring these guys is the fact that they already opened fire on us once." Rafael added both he and Kaleb felt so powerless. Rafael because he was under strict orders from Hope not to fight and Kaleb because he had already been attacked and almost killed earlier.
