In the bustling heart of a metropolitan city, Felix Everhart, a talented yet unknown painter in his mid-20s, dreams of fame and recognition. His chance for a breakthrough comes unexpectedly when he receives a mysterious call from an acquaintance, of...
The next morning dawned peaceful and calm. After going through his morning routine and having breakfast, Felix was eager to meet the lady whose portrait he was to paint.
Gathering his canvas, paints, brushes, and everything else he needed, Felix was determined not to disappoint her.
After a brief wait, Austin entered and asked Felix to follow him.
Thinking they would be heading to the garden or a living area to paint, Felix was full of ideas.
However, he was surprised when Austin led him to the lady's room. Confused, Felix asked, "Am I going to paint in the room?"
Austin replied, "Yes, ma'am doesn't like bright places; they hurt her eyes."
As they entered the room, Felix noticed how dark it was. The curtains were tightly closed, and the room was painted in much darker colors than he was accustomed to.

Austin then introduced Felix to the lady, prompting Felix to glance in her direction.
Despite the dim light, he could tell she was beautiful, sitting on her bed with the curtains drawn, making it difficult to see her features clearly.
"Miss, this is Felix Everhart, the painter. I will be leaving now. A maid will be outside the room if you need anything," Austin said, moving towards Felix and whispering, "Good luck," before leaving and closing the door behind him.
For a few minutes, neither of them spoke, creating an awkward atmosphere.
Finally, Felix cleared his throat, about to speak, when Aurelia spoke up, "I'm Aurelia Hawthorne, and I think we should start now rather than wasting time."
Felix nodded and went towards the window to open the curtains. As he did, he heard Aurelia scream.
Turning around, he saw her back turned towards the window.
"Close the curtains. Didn't Austin tell you that I don't like sunlight or bright things?" Aurelia said as she moved back to her sitting position.
"Sorry, miss. Austin did tell me about your preference, but I need visibility to paint you. It's not very clear to make out your features," Felix explained.
Aurelia looked at him and replied, "Enough talk. A painter knows how to paint despite the conditions. What can't you make out? What is the color of my hair?"
Felix stood there quietly for a moment before answering, "Brown."
Aurelia then asked, "What is the color of the flower I'm wearing in my hair?"
Felix hesitated for a moment before replying, "Blue."
Again, she asked, "And what about the clothes I'm wearing?"
Felix thought for a moment, wondering why she was asking these questions, before answering, "Violet."
After asking him questions, Aurelia said, "All are excuses. Many artists came before and painted me despite the brightness. Tell me, can you even paint or not? Otherwise, you can go."
