A bright new day in a new place. First, we set up the work station. That's why this room was perfect, there's so much space that I can use this as my office. Plus a small village has got to have a TON of problems, so it all works out client wise.
As I move parts of the furniture around, I get a knock on the door. I walk over to open it, curious as to whom it might be- "Oh, hey Ryan!" "Hey Z, just wanted to see how you're getting on. I could hear some noises." "Oh I was just moving some furniture to set up an office space for work. Am I allowed? A-am I making too much noise? I can stop if you want-" "-no no, totally fine. I wanted to ask if ... you need help?" "Sure! I mean, if you have nothing else to do ... is there no one in the Lantern at this time?" "It's quite slow. Plus I'm sure they won't mind." "Thanks." I smile warmly "No problem." He smiles back. I'm trying to move that couch at an angle, and then I should pretty much be all set." "May I come in?" "Of course." We walk over to the couch and get on either side. "Ok, three, two, one-" He says, and we lift and turn it to an angle. "Phew, it's lighter than you'd think." "So this is where you'll see your patients?" "Yup. Does it look comfortable and inviting? That's kind of what I'm going for." "Yeah, I'd say so. I had better go check on the bar. Catch you later?" "See you round!" He leaves, closing the door behind him.
I put my shoes on to go for a walk around the town to check things out after posting an ad online on the social media all of Haven seems to be using for my business. Let's get going.

I walk into the record shop and start to walk around the small aisles.
"Oh, hey! Looking for something?" says Alex from the counter. "Oh hey Alex! You work here?" "Yeah, I love this place! One of the first buildings I walked into on my first day, and also where I met Steph and Ryan." "You met them here? That's so cool!" "What brings you here?" "I was walking around, checking out the place. I LOVE music, it's like my whole life." "Me too! What genres?" "I mean, I could vibe to almost anything." "I actually think you're my best friend. Do you play anything?" "Yeah, violin and harp." "Woah, did you bring them? Obviously maybe not the harp, but-" "I couldn't, airport wouldn't let me. But my parents said when they fly over for a short visit they'll bring them." "When do you think that would be?" "In about a month or so? My mum is super scared of me being away from home alone. Even in uni when I was in the country." "Oh bummer. At least she won't be worried with you here. It's safe here." "Thanks for the reassurance. I can tell I'm gonna love it here." "I would love to hear you play. Maybe for the spring festival?" "Uhhh I don't know about that-" "Please! It would save me from having to play guitar again." "We could duet."
