Chapter 17:
Kendall's POV:

I watched as Mia ran out of my grip. Even if I convinced her to stay, she wouldn't. The door shut, sealing Mackenzie and I in the same room. My back faced her, there's no reason to see the smirk on her face that I know is there.

"Why the hell are you doing this?" I lifelessly said.

"Doing what?" She asked all peppy.

"You know exactly what, stop playing dumb!" I shouted.

"Kendall I don't know-"

"Yes you do! You think you can just have me whenever you want! We broke up! I broke up with you! Get that threw your pea sized brain! I never even wanted to go out with you! Get out of my life, it was perfect until you came into it!"

My anger took over. My hands grasp on the nearest chair, throwing it against the wall. It fell to the ground, creating silence in the room.

"K-"

"Don't you ever speak to me!" I said, my voice cracking on the word "me".

Heels cross the room, a hand lying on my bicep.

"Baby, I know you didn't mean any of that." She warmly said, rubbing up and down my arm.

I shake my head, can she be serious?

"That's the thing. You don't know when to stop do ya? You think this is your game, and you can play anyway you want with anyone you want." I said grabbing her wrist, holding her against the wall.

"Just because I was the star football player, gives you the right to go out with me? Listen to me Mackenzie. I'm done. Done playing your games." I snarled right in her face.

"Do you want to kiss me as much as I want to kiss you?" She smirked, bringing her lips close to mine.

My left hand pushed her forehead back against the wall, keeping her face under control.

"Never in a million years will I ever want to kiss you." I whisper.

She tired to wiggle out of my grip, but every time she wiggled, I pushed her harder against the wall.

"If you ever tell anyone about what happened here. Your in for it." I said releasing her.

She was gasping for air. I grabbed my draw string backpack and head out of the room. My thoughts are telling me to head home, check up on Mia. But I know if I cut school again, Mama will ring my neck. I sigh, heading to the gym locker rooms.
