Another day the group continued their journey.

"So where are we going?" Reiner asked "we just escaped but not know where the hell were going."

"We heard rumour that there is another ape village far from where we are....Maybe they would help us with sanctuary." Nav said "cid told us stories about them."

On the way Then they look at a view of a desserty place far from here.

"The forbidden zone" Axel said looking at the view.

"What's that?" Maeve asked.

"It's a place no one is allowed to go to" Axel answered.

"Why?"

"No one knows. It's an ancient taboo, set forth in ape history apes of our time pronounced this whole area deadly".

"Oh" Maeve said not sure what else to say.

Then they continued their journey not knowing Rocco was distance from them.

"shall I tell Levi you found them?." The ape said.

He turns to an ape that's behind him"No, I will tell him myself...when I bring them in alive"

Later in a distance the group decided to take a small break get cleaned up.

Maeve sits down and starts taking out her braids one by one to put it into an Afro. Axel and nave were just feeding the horses before then noticed Maeve was taking out her hair.

They walked up to her as she was finish taking out the braids and brushing her hair turning it to a fro.

"That's better" she said to herself.

Then the two apes looked at her in shcok.

"Why did you do that? Remove most of your hair?" Nav asked.

"In my world, when I left,they convey messages about background, tribe, and status, and document life events such as childbirth, war drafts, and funerals. Hair care and styling define Black identities by allowing individuals and groups to express their personal style. plus if I keep it on my hair would be damaged." Meave explained.

"Damaged?" Nav asked "I thought human hair doesn't do that"

"Somehow. It makes as intelligent as you were when we met" Axel compliments.

"You can touch if you guys want." She point at her hair but they were hesitant "go ahead touch it"

They both started to touch Maeve's fro. Both felt how soft it was and they both like the feeling.

Axel stoped as nav continued and stops his friend from going too far. "She does not like it when you touch too much"

Nav let's go of her hair and Axel looks to Meave as she nods thanking him.

Back with the horses Reiner was watching over them when he heard something from a distance. He picks up a spear and slowly walks to the bushes when all the sudden. A bunny comes out.

Reiner chuckles "feel like I'm in a movie or something"

He turned around to see Rocco behind him. Rocco grabbed Reiner and threw him.

The three noticed what's going on and they ran up to help reiner.

Axel and nav came up and attack Rocco. And Maeve runs to Reiner and pulls him out of the way.

Axel grabs around Rocco's neck "go" Axel shouted.

Reiner and Meave were running but Maeve stops "wait!" Then turns back around "Axel!"

"Go now!" Axel said as Meave and Reiner started running.

Axel and nav kept on grabbing hold of Rocco. While being thrown around.

"Stop Rocco!" Axel shouted "leave us be!"

"You... betray ape kind" Rocco shouts "you must pay" Rocco roars as he runs up to comes up to nav.

Axel runs up to Rocco and grabs him. Rocco bites axels arm making him screech. Then Axel Noticed a spear and grabbed it with his foot and stabbed Rocco with it making him bleed. But he kept on fighting.

Rocco grabs nav and strangles him. Causing nav to choke. Axel runs up behind Rocco and stabs him multiple times in the back.

Causing Rocco to cream and let go of nav as he coughs and Rocco bled out and falls down and died.

Axel breaths heavily and walks up to nav and helps him up as they both go back to their human friends.

Reiner and Meave were relieved that the two apes were all right but injured.

"Let's go find a place to camp out and ten your wounds" Reiner said. As they move forward.

From a distance there was an ape that watched from a did as he goes on his horse and rides off to a camp.

At the cames in one of the tents, Levi was sitting down thinking of the weapons his father carried through the years and what they do. Although, they don't work like they used to anymore.

He heard someone coming in his tent revealing the ape. "Is there something you need to tell me?" Levi asked.

"Sir...Rocco is dead."
