His Plan (Draco Malfoy X Reader)

' Second Task '

(I know this is confusing cuz I keep referring to you as "I" "You" or "Y/n" but now I'll just stick with calling you  "I")

I was on the bridge with Hermione and Harry, they were talking about the second task. "Harry! You told us you figured it out weeks ago!" Hermione agrued.

I then leaned on the bridge.

"The task is two days from now!" Hermione said in her Sassy tone.
"Really? I had no idea." Harry said bored, but yet matching Hermiones energy.

"I suppose Viktors already figured it out?" I asked as I looked down at the lake. "I actually have no idea, he barley talks to me, Viktors more of a physical being." She said as she rolled her eyes. I laugh a little. "He mostly just watches me study, its actually pretty annoying!"
She laughed.

"Hey Y/n!" Cedric called out. I Instantly run up to him and wrap my arms around him. "Aw, hi!" I say, embracing his warmth from his arms.

"So what brings you here?" I said.

"Well, I was hoping go to talk to Potter." He said, smiling down on me.

"Oh, yeah- sure what it is?" Harry said, facing Cedric. "About the second task." He said slowly. "You helped me with the first task, now I'll help you." He smiled. "So, uh taking a bath with the egg wouldn't be a bad idea.
"Thanks." Harry beamed.

Cedric kissed your forehead and caressed your cheeks. "See you later Y/n."

*The next day*

I was helping Harry in the library with Hermione and Ron. then Mad eye called for my name and ny friends. "L/n, Granger, and Weasley!"
"Yes, Professor?" I ask.
"Come with me, just you three."But what about Harry- we have to help with the task!" Hermione yells out.
"No, just you three!" He said. I walked up to McGonagalls office, then I blacked out.

Next thing I remember Cedrics pulling me out of the black lake, people are cheering and calling out Cedrics name. "Cedric- what's happening?!" I gasp as I breath for air.
"Don't worry, your safe now." He said as we climb back onto the deck. Madam Pomfrey wraps a towel around my shoulders. Cedric Leans over the railing and waits for the other champions. I see fleur, she looks sick out of her head. She's talking to another girl in French. She's mentioning something about sister and how she's worried. I only speak a little French since my mum is half French. Then Krum pops out of the water with Hermione.

"Bet you love getting so much attention from Diggory." Malfoy spat. I jerk my head behind me to see his blonde head and a big Smirk on his face. "Oh, shut up." I yell. "Your boyfriend isn't spending to much attention to you, even though you in the cold freezing water for a night."
"S-shut up." I repeat. "Pity." He says.
"Shut up or else I'll hex you, Ginnys taught me one-" I say in defense. But then he speaks. "You mean that blood traitor." He Smirks again. "Please stop and just go back to your stupid gang!" I shout. "Fine." He spits. "You'll pay." He whispered before walking back to his friends. I sigh and blow hair out of my face.

Then Harry comes out the water with both Ron and What seems to be a mini Fleur Delacour. "GABRIELLE!" Fleur shouts. Momments after, Fleur is kissing Harry's cheek. "Thank zou! Thank zou! You saved 'er when zhe is not zours to save!" Fleur speaks. I smile at this wholesome moment. Turns out Harry got second place for saving two people.

"Stupid Pottah, he's always asking for attention!" I heard Malfoy said. "Oh yea, I bet you wish that was you." I say with a Smirk. My hair is still partly wet. "Bet you think your so smart, don't you L/n?" Draco says.
"Maybe I do." I pout as i walk away with Hermione.
