The past few weeks were horrible. Draco was still being a dick to you and all your friends, he was acting like nothing had happend.
Mcgonagall and flinch had got all the Gryffindor students in a room. She explained that the Yule ball was coming up. Your smile dropped. Who was she going to ask out..Surely not Draco..You watched as all the students threw expressions at each other. "This is great Y/n!" Hermione said. "Yeah.." you said as you walked out the room.
"Y/n..." You heard a hufflepuff boy speak. "Cedric..?" You turned around around face him he still had that black eye from when Draco beat him up. "What.." you said cold. "Uh..I would like to apologize..like actually-"
"Your apologizing?" You said slowly back to him.
"Yeah..I was just jealous of Malfoy...Pansy must have saw you reject me- so..she asked me to help..I really didn't know but then I just accepted. Pansy said she had been working on a plan like this for atleast a few weeks now. I feel so bad Y/n please please forgive me.." Cedric looked down at his shoes.
You thought about it for a while..."I understand, Pansy is a bad influence. Your a Hufflepuff, your loyal." You smiled.
"Apologie accepted." Y/n said. Cedric held out his hand and you shook it.
"So uh, Y/n...if Malfoy hasn't asked you yet...Would you like to go to the ball with me?"
"No he hasnt asked me yet, me and Malfoy uh broke up. But yea- sure I'll love to go to the ball with you!" You hugged him.
Dracos pov:
Why the acutal fuck is Y/n doing hugging diggory. I swear if that hufflepuff bitch tries to steal her from me then my fists will meet his face once again..
