Talia swallowed hard. "I did sleep with him... I needed the money... I needed the job and he wouldn't give me it without me having sex with him..." she said and looked at the floor, realising how that made her sound, but also knowing that she had a family to feed and look after and Mason wasn't giving her anything at that point.

Rizz, Conrad and Jason, another of Mason's soldiers, just stood there. She felt so ashamed of herself. Rizz also felt bad for her and knew he had opened a can of worms. "Maybe that is who I am... I've not really had any great role models have I..."
"Don't put this on anything other than you being a slut!..." Mason said to her. "And to think I was gonna leave my wife for you... well, Rizz is right there if you wanna fuck him!.." he snapped and walked out.
Talia blinked back her tears. She didn't want any of them to see her cry. She didn't look at the rest of them she just stared at the ground until they all began to leave. Conrad turned his nose up at her. "No wonder yo sister can't get it together... what kinda fucking role model are you!.."
Talia headed home after she knew that they had left. She knew dinner to meet Kadidja was now off the menu. She got back to the apartment and took a deep breath as she walked inside. Amelia smiled. "I wasn't expecting you... do you want some toast?..."
Talia shook her head. "No... you also need to be eating more than toast to keep that baby nourished" she paused. "Amelia.. I've decided... that if you want this baby, go ahead and have it... I'm not gonna pressure you. I want you to be happy... I've got some money set aside, I'll get you an apartment...
"Can't I stay here with you?.."
"You need to learn to stand on your own two feet Millie... I'm not gonna be around forever...
"You're gonna help me with the baby though right?.." she said to her, suddenly worried "I can't do it on my own Talia... I need your help.."
"Yeah you can... and you're gonna succeed too.. and hopefully you're gonna make a better job with anything than I ever could..." she said. "But I want you to know Amelia that I tried... I tried so hard... but when it's all said and done... Cara and Alfie are dead... you're pregnant... I messed up.. I wasn't ready to take you all on and I'm so sorry... because if you would've had the right people bringing you up from the beginning, you probably would be fine now.... So I'm sorry Millie." She said and walked back out of the place and got into the car.
