Humanitarianism in relation to your location on Earth is something that I find comes up but not so much that it kind of gets buried under other precepts. You are strategically placed on Earth, if you think you are a lightworker or on a spiritual mission of some sort. Lightworking is just really the same - it's doing humanitarian work. Let's step outside the thought of lightworking as having light radiating from hands and healing the world - 'cause that's just like being poetic or metaphorical about it. But being a lightworker is being a humanitarian, being interested in community healing.
Now, what I see as the effect of people not knowing the importance of their positioning on Earth or thinking that it is not of much or any importance is the lightworker's project takes the backseat or gets put in the backburner in preference for somebody else's project. It's like getting assigned a room and the lightworker, he walks outside and works on the yard instead. What's gonna happen is the lightworker will only be setting himself up for disappointment and frustrations. It won't really matter how much work he puts in on the yard. The work is not getting done right. Why is that? Because somebody else was assigned to the yard, and that person might have abandoned his project as well having seen other people like this lightworker taking on the project. So, where you are placed matters. The people you meet matter. So, you are better focusing on the immediate environment, what is in proximity to you, when it comes to lightworking.
Don't abandon your post. People make this common mistake when they're trying to figure out how they could do humanitarian work. They pack their bags and they go here, there, and everywhere. That's a lot of abandoned posts. Just imagine the imbalance that creates on the grid. Too many lightworkers in one post, not enough here and there. Too many lightworkers sweeping the floor instead of doing their individual tasks or working on their projects.
How is the divine helping at the moment? Lightworkers are getting redirected. They're being moved back to their positions. They're getting told: Dear, your assignment is there. That's where your expertise is needed. There's no better lightworker to do that job, and that's where you're gonna get the fulfillment you're looking for.
How is this redirection gonna feel like? It's like you're being pulled away, dragged away from something. The forces are disagreeing, and you could keep coming back, but you get dragged away anyway. The problem is that some people see that as a challenge. And they think if they were to keep coming back a number of times, it's gonna work. Well, here's what's gonna happen then, if it does - the lightworker will feel that it's an empty victory. He won't get the satisfaction he thought he's gonna get from it. Why is that? That's not his project. His project is actually gathering up dust.
How do you take advantage of a redirection? Once redirected, you study your post. What needs to be done here that no other lightworker can do better than me? What am I abundant with? What are my gifts? How do I make this space better?
Now, there are posts that need a number of people to get things running smoothly. The problem is that people would try and get you doing the same thing they do, not knowing that that's gonna affect the way things are running, 'cause they're asking you to leave something unattended. And it might be that in the beginning, they will be happy, but later on, it would become more apparent, the effects of leaving your post unattended, and they're gonna see the mistake. They're gonna wish they didn't do that. You don't tell somebody in charge of cooking to do something else. You're gonna have burnt meals for lunch or dinner. But that's just being metaphorical about it.
Roles are important. People got to stop dragging people away from their posts and because they want to abandon their post. If you have to water the plants, you water the plants. Or the plants will wither and die.
