Vedang walked to his office without even glancing at Noor.

The image has been painted on Noor's brain and no matter how much She's trying to erase it or reason with it that he might be busy She just cannot shake it. Noor has always been a bit greedy and needy the main reason her relationships has never work is because all of them at the end thought she was too much to handle and She was just too much used to now Vedang giving a glance to her while walking to his office she was craving that small smile that escape him whenever he sees her.

She throw her head on the desk.

"What happen" Rohan's voice brought her back from her misery. She offered him a forced smile, "life" He chuckled, "crazy shit right" She smiled at that too, "but you know what Noor I've the best solution for this" He start walking to the other direction, "just give me a minute" She throw her head again on the table, "what am I supposed to even do" She breathed deeply.

"Here it is" She could smell the coffee and stare at Rohan as if he's an angel, "you're life saviour" He chuckled again. She takes the coffee from his hand and take a sip, "ahhhh Heaven" her eyes got super wide and Rohan patted her head affectionately.

"Give me the info asap" Vedang ordered to the finance team and walked out of his office for another meeting. The schedule has been crazy for him recently and He needs to catch up as soon as possible.

He walked out of the meeting room and his gaze landed on Noor. She was doing her favorite thing, drinking coffee which she calls heaven and was holding onto a Man's hand while staring at him with at wide eyes of hers. He averted his  eyes from both them. His heartbeat got a bit faster and he walked back to his office as fast as he could.

It was past 8 and Vedang is finally done for the day. He could hear some noises coming out of his office room. Is it Noor waiting for him, he wonders.

He grabbed his jacket and walked out of his office. Noor was here but so was the guy who was with her earlier. They were still working.

He cleared his throat and they both turned to look at him, "Sir" The guy greeted but Noor didn't. 

"Aren't you leaving" He asks, "we're already done" The guy grabbed his bag and so does Noor. All three of them walked to the elevator. The guy was talking to Noor about something but Vedang couldn't hear it. He was whispering to Noor.

They reached the ground floor and the guy says goodbye to Vedang and so does Noor. They both turn to walk to the other direction when Vedang finally speak, "Noor" She stop in her tracks and stare at his face. "I'll drop you" He surprised not only Noor but to even himself.

The guy was shocked as well but Vedang walked to his car without even waiting for her response because he could feel his cheeks and ears getting red.

He waited a minute in his car wondering if she's coming or not When Noor walked in.

He sighed.

"What was that" She asks amusement clear in her voice. "What I just ask to drop you" He lied but she let it go.

"I've been reading a book and it talks about self obsession" Vedang says afterfew minutes. "Is that about me" Noor asks teasingly, "I've been wondering" He laughed, "it teminds me of you alot" She smack his arms, "I'm driving" He says and she immediately apologise.

He likes this. Them. Not her with other people. He wants her to give those wide eyes only to him and not to others and it all sounds so childish and Vedang isn't childish he has never been.
