"Here it is" Vedang enters the car holding two cone of an ice cream.

It was raining again and they both were stuck in the traffic.

"I heard someone saying the other day they like this weather" Noor teased and he rolled his eyes. "I do" He defended, "Rain can be pleasing not only to the eyes but also to the ears" She shook her head, "It's gloomy" Vedang felt the urge to throw her out of the car but those big brown eyes saved her.

"I love icecreams" She says after licking her cone from bottom to top.

"I can see" He says teasingly and she glared at him.

"What else do you like" He mumbled barely audible but Noor heard him and she couldn't hide the smile that made it's way on her lips.

"I love coffee" He chuckled at that, "Everyone knows that" She smiled at that, "but do you" She asks and he nodded, "Yeah I do"

"And I like sleep" Noor added, "and what wlse do I like" She made a thinking face before adding, "oh yeah I love books" He nodded, "what kind" She faced him, "Romance" He also turned toward her, "why" She stared right into his hazel eyes, "It's just make me feel like whatever I believe in might exists somewhere" She was serious He could sense it, "and do you really think it exists" She immediately nodded, "yess maybe not here but somewhere"

The traffic cleared and they both turn to their direction. The rain has stopped and there's no more excuse for them to stare into each other's eyes.

Noor looked out of the window and smiled.

Vedang turned his focus back on the road but his mind was stuck on the words Noor just uttered.

"You cannot be serious Noor" Her mom dramatically says as Noor made herself comfortable on the sofa.

Sana just cannot understand why her so amazing and mature daughter isn't showing any interest in equally amazing and mature Sahil.

Noor laughed at her mom's frustration, "why are you so obsessed mom. It's not like it's the end of the world and there's plenty of good guy out there" Sana took a deep sigh and sat beside her daughter, "That's where you go wrong honey. There's not plenty of good guy. Guys these days aren't even decent for your information. You have no idea how difficult it is for someone to get a good boyfriend let alone a husband"

Noor rolled her eyes.

"I'm good mom, chill. If something is meant for me it'll come to me" Sana softened a bit and held her hands, "just grab those chances okay" Noor nodded and hugged her tightly.
