Eternal Sunshine

She smiled at the sky

It was past 8 and Noor has finished all her work at 7 and everyone has already left the office.

She checked the time again and take a deep sigh, "what is this Man" She mumbled and pop up her bubblegum.
She opened her social media and start scrolling when she heard one of the door opening but it was Nia.

"What are you still doing here" Nia came to stand in front of her, "I have some work with Ve-- Mr.Agnihotri" She caught her tongue before she could utter his name.

Nia's face expressions changed and She exhales, "He already left" But She didn't see him leaving Noor thought, "You should also leave" Nia added. Noor nodded and grabbed her bag before glancing one more time at his office door.

Both of them headed toward the elevator.

When they reached the ground floor Nia went to her car and Noor toward the bus station. The weather was cloudy. It was very obvious the rain is making it's way to the earth. Noor sighed, "Please come after I leave" She ran to the bus station and catch the bus at the last minute.

The rain came as soon as she reached her home. She smiled toward the sky.
"It's so nice of you" She heard Sahil's laugh and got embarrassed.

"Humans weren't enough that now you've to talk to the sky" She throws her bag at him, "shut up" And ran toward her room. She could hear his laugh following her to her room.

She closed the door. "Get changed and come out we've special dinner tonight" She immediately get changed and ran to the dining table where her mom and Sahil are already seated.

"The smell" She almost moaned to the smell.

They had sahi paneer with Naan roti and fried rice also handi paneer.

"Why all of this huh" She asked in curiosity.

Her mom smiled, "it was just a very nice day so I decided that we'll have a very nice night as well" Sahil and Noor gave each other looks but didn't say anything.

Without wasting one more second they all throw their hands in the food.

"You know what I've met such a nice boy today" Her Mom says when they were doing the dishes.

"Yeah??" Noor smiled at her because her face lit up.

"He helped me carry the groceries and even offered to drop me home" She says with a smile she rarely get.

"That's so nice of him" Noor says and wipe all the dishes.

"But if course I didn't let him drop me but still who offered such things these days such a nice boy he was"

They both smiled and continue their work.

The rain has finally stopped and Sahil has went out to get icecream for them.
