He couldn't believe that she was there. He recalled moments of what had happened today. He was sick of staying in the house and just wanted to clear his head and now, look where that got him. His eyes zoomed in on Frida once again. She looked like an angel in the dim light. He couldn't stop himself, he just had to know she was real. He extended his hand to touch her. He slowly caressed her arm, feeling her soft skin. It felt like the years that have gone by haven't touched her. Frida slowly stirred beside him. She felt his arm gently caressing her. She opened her eyes and simply looked at him. Their eyes met, no words were exchanged, they simply weren't needed. She was glad he came back to her, and she didn't think she could have coped with loosing him. Their eyes were like windows to their souls and then it all happened so fast. Their lips met and they savoured every moment of the kiss. The need for air was the only reason they let go of one another. They tried to catch some air but at the moment it didn't matter, knowing that he was going to be ok and knowing that she was there with him, their lips met again and this time the kiss grew more passionate every second. They fell asleep in each other's arms, enjoying the security of having the other so close.
