5 - Tokyo

{ Tadashi x Reader } - "Tokyo - Owl City ft. Sekai no Owari"
I love this song and every time I listen to it, I feel like I'm on the road off to start a new adventure. It's a bit cheesy and clichéd but I really like these kinds of stories. I am currently working on PHTP part 2 so please stay tuned for that!

"Hold on tight!" Tadashi shouted as he stepped on the pedal and drove off. You squealed and laughed as you held on tight. It was the first time he had asked you out on a date and Tadashi had promised to make it an interesting first date. "I'm kinda hoping to impress you with my scooter skills." He had joked, earning a laugh and a punch in the arm from you.

He sped off making his way onto the highway along the ocean. When he saw the sun beginning to set, he expertly pulled out his phone and pressed play on his music player.

"No Texting and Driving!" You teased.

"Oh come on!" He laughed as the music began to play. "Oh this is my favourite part!

Are you having fun yet?
I'll send you the sunset
I love the most
When I'm in Tokyo! "

He threw his arms up as he sang, jokingly off-tune. You screamed, "Put your hands down! You're going to get us in an accident!"

"Calm down (Y/N)! I know what I'm doing!" He put his hands back on the handles and smiled widely. You rested your chin on his shoulder and sighed in content.

"What? Getting bored?" He asked worriedly.

"No! On the contrary! I love this." You watched him maneuver back into the city and make his way downtown. He pulled into the nearest parking spot and helped you off of his bike.

"M'Lady." He joked, holding out his hand. "Why thank you, kind liege." You took it and bowed slightly. He shook his head and entwined his fingers into yours, pulling you along. You looked up at him and smiled when you saw the slight blush on his cheeks. Blushing, you moved closer, leaning your head on his shoulder.

I stroll the boulevards
I stare up at the stars
And wish they'd all align
You keep me on my toes

You never leave my mind

"Why this song?" You asked, looking up at him.His cheeks turned a deeper red and he looked away, scratching the back of his head in embarrassment. "Oh... Well, This... Ahem this song reminded me of you."

I'm thinking it out loud

You stare into his eyes as the song began to come to an end. Everything became a blur as you focused only on him. "R-Really?"

He was always star struck when he had a chance to stare into your eyes. From when you talked to when you had deep conversations he would always study your face, memorizing your feature. He loved everything about you from your (H/L), (H/C), (H/T) to your brilliant (E/C) eyes. Your (S/C) coloured skin always mesmerised him, so much beauty in one person, it was hard to believe that he could of gotten a date with such an amazing person. Sometimes a though would appear in his mind as he would stare at your rosy lips, nagging him to just lean in and steal a kiss from you but his conscience reminded him that it was rude to not ask for consent.

"T-Tadashi?" You spoke up after a while."Hmm?" He asked, not wanting to ruin the moment."Can I kiss you?"

He raised his eyebrows and smiled widely, It's as if you had read his mind."Yeah... I'd like that."

You stood on your toes and wrapped your arms around his neck as you placed your lips on his. His hands rested on your waist as he sighed into the kiss. He tasted sweet, like lolipops and caramels. You loved it, your first kiss was definitely an amazing one. When you pulled apart, you chuckled at his pink cheeks knowing that you had the exact same expression as he did.

"That was... different. A good different." He readjusted his hat back onto his head once you pulled away. You reached over and took his hand once again, feeling happy when he didn't object.

"Yeah... It was." You smirked and followed him.

Later that night, after hours of dinner and going to the carnival, he dropped you off back at your apartment with a promise of another date soon. You went to bed, wishing that someday you could wake up and see his face next to yours.
