RESTORED DYING LOVE!

Chapter 9. SPENT NIGHT IN PRISON.

We enter through the gate my legs shaking like leaves on the tree during windy time , why am I getting myself in this trap ? I know I need money but do I really have to get myself in this ?!

"No , am not gonna go any further, you are safe now , you're at home , I gotta g...." I decide to change my mind because am not ready to face that crazy woman , but a screaming voice cuts me .

"So this little poor bastard is the one that had my daughter!??! You kidnapped my daughter?!!?"    Geez! This woman is crazy!

" Mom noo he didn't ki..." Harper tries to talk but her voice is far to be heard.

"Rozzet why don't you listen to the kids.." Her husband tries to talk but she cuts him harshly too , I don't know why I feel that she even controls her husband and have him under her .

Suddenly there is a police siren , what the..!!! Did she call the police for me ?!  God what have I gotten myself into ! My mom is gonna be worried to the extent of increasing her pressure and she was doing fine !

Am lost in my own world , confused of what is happening and it's happening too fast for me to digest anything, the next thing I know is that am in the police car , hands tied with cuffs behind my back . Harper is on the ground screaming while she's being held by the house holds workers.

" That woman is crazy!!" I say absent mindedly.
"What did you say?" One police asks .
" I said that woman is crazy, I didn't kidnap her daughter!" I repeat angrily without fearing anything or anybody.

" I feel you bro ! I mean, I have been there before , Let me guess ... You are a poor guy that, that little rich girl has fallen for and she came over at your place while they were looking for her , you returned her home and that's when you found yourself here." He says smirking, how happy I am that someone atleast understands my situation.

" You're right about everything except one thing , she's not in love with me!" I say.
" what are you talking about, don't be blind, that girl is totally in love with you . "

I stare at nothing, my mind travelling to another planet , can what they are saying be true ?!

"Let me advice you one thing , you got to stay away before it's too bad , this is a reality not a movie or a novel where you fight for your true love!" He adds .

" But I need that job!"
" Even if it's a job you can have it anywhere else." he says opening the door and I realise that we have arrive .

The other one comes and unlocks the cuffs , "Listen to him, you gotta run from that place before it's too late , before you  yourself realise that you are so in love with her too and letting go being a hard thing ever."

" what?! " I ask stranded.

" Yes yes we're advising you like your fellow men who are experienced."
" so you're setting me free?"
" who said that ? You got to stay here as she keeps paying us to discipline you . But meanwhile I have a lot of work you can help me with and I'll pay you until someone comes to rescue you. I mean , I don't see anything wrong that you have done , so why should I keep you in jail?"

" Really ? Thank you so much , I can really do anything." seems like the lord is walking with me , making my path smooth before I step there .

He comes with papers and gives me instructions which aren't hard at all . " Can you stay awake all night? I mean it's my shift and that's what am doing but you can sleep just for a little while . "

" that's fine , I'll do it . Can you help me with  my phone? I need to tell my mom am fine and won't be going home tonight so that she doesn't get worried. "

" sure , let me get it . "
" Thanks . "

He goes and comes back with my phone . What a lucky person I am , I would be in dirty jail now , but God has sent his Angels to come rescue me.

"Williams ! Theo!"
" mhm! " I wake up standing up from the chair , I  dont know when I fell asleep.

" You slept off ? "
" I finished your work ."
" Really? Let me see"
" here." I hand them over to him.
" yeah , very nice " he says sounding satisfied. " Here is your cash."
" Thanks alot mehn ."
" No problem, you've helped me too. Oh right,, they have come for you."
" who?"
" Your mother _in _law."
" No shit ! Am not about to entertain her right now ."
"She seems calmed this morning ."

I follow him , in suspence of what is waiting for me out there.
I see her waiting, standing outside the car , dark line under her eyes as if she's been up all night .

" Come with me ." She commands.  Seriously who does she think she is , if she controls everyone around and thinks she's gonna have me under her too, she's got to  think again!

"No." I answer looking her in the eye.
"Don't answer me before thinking because I might return you back to jail !"
"That's fine. " I say returning back to where I have come from.

" She couldn't stop crying all night, so are you going to see her or not !" I stop in my trucks after hearing that .

" You might wanna talk to me nicely if you want me to go."
" Fine , I'll tell her you refused , so that she doesn't think that am still holding you in jail , meanwhile  you stay in here until further notice . " She says going back in the car as she signals the police to return me inside .

" Wait ! I'll go."  F*ckin' devil!!
She grins evily after hearing me say that.

I sit on the back seat and she starts the car . " And let me make this clear to you that you are only going to be her driver! We already agreed with her that that's the only thing you are gonna be , do you understand me?!"

" No" I answer.
" What don't you understand?! "
" Is there something else I was supposed to be other than a driver ? I  mean, I don't get it when you say that am only supposed to be her driver only and nothing else . "

" Don't you dare pretend that you dont know what am talking about you pervert  , every man that lays his eyes on my daughter wants to take an advantage of her . Let me warn you that the day I find out that you are having any affair with her or even smiling to her , I'll end your stupid little  life , am telling you the reality and there's no where you can take me . Think about it.. if you are not qualified to be her chauffeur  so what about even her friend !?"

The goosebumps again, I might pretend that am not scared of her but really I am .

There's only two reasons am being this patient with her ; Harper and Money . Harper trusted me and shared how she feels about her mom and I've seen how she is , if her being around me will make her feel better then am gonna do that for her .
