I spent the next day in Japan before heading to Monaco with Oscar to celebrate his birthday. This was more Lando's idea to go celebrate in Monaco and i can see why.

Sure Japan is a hell of a place but Monaco is a whole different place. Ive only been to Monaco a handful of times but didn't stay for as long as I would be hoped for.

Lando had offered we stay with him as we did in Australia but Oscar had declined and we now stay at a hotel. Wasn't like i didn't mind staying in a hotel in fact it was easier to sneak away from Oscar and Lily.

But first came the birthday celebration, which was going to be held at the harbour.

Oscar. Oceans. Nice combo for him, definitely me. I live for sea, its just so mesmerising.

I live for everything to be fair!

Im pretty sure we would be taking out Charles yacht tonight as well.

"Your not going to drink right?" My brother said as we both got out of the car.

"Noooo..maybe one!"

"You may as well be an alcoholic" I heard him mumble

"Rude"

"Birthday boy has arrived guys!" I was certain it was Lando who had just shouted.

Oscar and Lando had celebrated his birthday with the team at Suzuka but this was more of a party hangout instead of one with the team.

And I was right, Lando came into view with a beer in his hand.

I found a spot on the harbour were I could sit by myself without anyone annoying me, or just talking to me in general. My legs hanging off the decking with my hands placed behind me.

"long time no see" I looked up to see the curly haired Brit standing above me to my right.

"So long" I say sarcastically

he took a seat next to me, placing his drink down and putting his hands out behind him on the decking.

"You want a sip" he nodded towards the drink

I turned my head to see where my brother was.

He was no were near

I picked up the drink and took a swig before placing it down again.

"Excited for China?" I ask

"Yeah haven't raced there in a while it should be good but why are we talking about racing right now?"

"What else is there to talk bout Lando?"

"I could talk about how good you look right now?"

"Oh my god" I murmur to myself. Without looking at the boy i could literally sense the smirk on his face.

"You wanna come over later?" His voice quiet this time as he spoke

"Maybe"

it was almost 9pm and I was leaving to go Lando's house. I had told Oscar that i was actually going to Lando's and his reaction was surprisingly okay.

"And why will you be going to his house? Whatever just go, don't do anything stupid like try and kiss the guy"

To bad for Oscar i had already kissed the guy many times before and i barley had to even try but he doesn't have to know that!

Lando opened his front door and let me through then closed it behind him. I had never been in his house before so i had no clue where anything was.

"I would offer you to have a shower but you don't have spare clothes.." He looked me up and down as he walked backwards through a hallway.

"You do know i have worn your clothes before?"

"And you'd do it again?"

"You got some comfy shit I definitely would"

"Alight, I'll go get you some clothes then you can shower"

He handed me some track pants and a shirt. Also a pair of his underwear.

after showing i tied my wet hair up into a messy bun and walked out after hanging my bikini on the top of his shower to dry out.

I heard hm talking from one of his rooms so i just followed the sound to what looked like a gaming room. Shelves full of helmets and random boxes by the door.

The door was open but he clearly couldn't hear me so I knocked on it to get his attention.

"Hold on chat.." He muted his mic then turned to face me "You wanna join the stream?"

"Sure"

"Come here—hold up I'll get you a chair"

I continued to stand at his gaming room door waiting for him to return, i turned to the camera a few times but i was mainly trying to look at what his chat was saying.

I couldn't read fucking shit from were i stood.

"Sit" He patted the seat that was now placed next to him.

"Chat we have a special guest! Mar do you want to say hi?" He spoke the last part of his sentence quieter.

"Hi chat!" I gave his stream a small wave.

"What are you going to play? I will be playing fortnight" He answered one of the questions from the chat.

I had actually watched one of Lando's streams once before so i know how he reacted to when he looses. So it was going to be funnier to see in person.

Lando was in his third game by now, he had died easily in the first two but hadn't raged quite yet.

But he was currently getting shot at and let out a scream which made me laugh.

"Mar stop laughing! No! Look you made me die" He turned to me with a pout on his face but this just made me laugh even more. I hurled over and my head leaned in his lap.

"You suck at this game" I mumble against his track pants with a laugh.

His hand came down into my hair gently going through it

"Fuck off"

(AN, Japan gap was okay but i was sweating bricks watching Oscar in the last 3 laps just for him to be overtaken by George:😔)
