People suddenly begin raising glasses, and there are cheers all around the restaurant. Peppino raises his glass along with them, though he isn't quite sure what he's cheering on.
"I'm-a not exactly sure-a what we're-a celebrating-a for, but-a cheers!"
He then takes a small sip from his glass, which presumably contains fish wine.
