Hello, my name is Neil, Neil Sapienti, the first day I got here I was in shock. I wasn't a believer when I was alive, but from what I saw when I got here, the scripture was definitely wrong. Hell is more like Dante's inferno, only difference is no one was subjected to torture. The people down here just did so too each other. Except the ones called overlords. They owned millions of souls in total making them a luxury class of demon. They don't have to worry about suffering. Except on extermination day.

From what I can gather, the angels would come down here every year and kill souls to keep hell's numbers from growing. And now it's every 6 months. When I arrived here there was only 1 month until it happened.

I had to take the clothes off a dead body because when I came down here, I was naked. Guess you start off down here without anything. Which makes sense, if you die and go to hell, or heaven, why would you have clothes?

It's not like they would be automatically provided. Well maybe for heaven.

I found a doctors office a day into my time in hell. My eyes are bad but I can make out what some things say through my blurry vision.

There were people waiting for doctors. The receptionist looked tired. I waved my hand in front of her eye and she didn't react at all. I went to one of the doctor doors to test something. I opened it, and the receptionist didn't say or even change facial expressions. Just blinked. I was stepping through, and a woman demon was looking at me angry.

I don't have any money so I'm just gonna have to steal a pair of glasses. I go through and I don't even hear anything. Man, this place must really suck to have people not care about someone who's not unauthorized going into a doctor's office without permission. Oh well.

I made my way through the building looking for the optometrist section of this place. Eventually I found it. I already knew what kind I needed, but the print was so small on the labels I couldn't read them. So I tried on as many as I could before I found the right ones. I looked in a mirror and saw that I didn't like the style of the glasses, plus I like the lenses to have color to them. I took me a while to find a pair I liked but I found them.

The lenses were a nice shade of red, and the frame was black, they were perfect

The lenses were a nice shade of red, and the frame was black, they were perfect. So I went to their backrooms and found two spares just like it, just in case the ones I'm wearing break. Whoever runs this whole place should step down, it's too easy to steal from this place.

About 2 weeks later I found out something I didn't think a fresh soul couldn't do. It happened when I was walking home to the doomsday district. Housing was one of the many problems in hell. I didn't have any money, and I wasn't sure how to apply for a job down here.

So I took up residence in a run down building that was missing most of its ceiling, in the doomsday district. Stealing food from people when I could. A guys gotta eat. Anyway I was walking to my place when this demon who look like a cross between a shark and a porcupine held up a gun at me and said "give me your fucking wallet!". I didn't have one. Also why would someone here want a wallet?
