The extermination has passed and Neil was walking to the hourglass. Neil always though fate was a stupid idea. He died in an accident, but he survived an extermination? If fate is real than its confusing.
Neil continues his walk. He sees people celebrating. An extermination being stopped is not a common thing, usually it's everyone for themself. Neil hadn't been there long so he didn't really have the same relief as everyone else had. But He knew that now there wouldn't be a ticking clock counting down to a possible death every year now.
When Neil Arrives at the hourglass, Zeezi wasn't there. Neil wondered if she died during the extermination. But that didn't seem likely. The angels were solely focused on the Hotel they attacked.
Just as Neil was about to leave, a car pulls up, and Zeezi steps out of it.
"Hey slim, how're the ribs?" She asks.
"Oh, they still hurt, but they don't feel like a bag of chicken bones anymore" Neil remarks.
"HA! Anyway plans changed a little" Zeezi says.
"What do you mean?" Neil asked.
She shows him the video that was released. Neil watched it, seeing that it had gone viral.
"Huh, I didn't think this was a big deal" Neil says.
"Well it is, everyones seen this now, so the plans changed" Zeezi says.
"Alright then" Neil says.
"Now let's get going, hop in the car" Zeezi says.
"Alright, but on the drive could you explain some of the det--" Neil says being stopped.
Zeezi takes a rag of chloroform and puts it over Neils face. Neil tries to escape being her hold. But he can't before the chloroform takes effect. Neil loses consciousness. Zeezi lays him upright in the backseat of the car. Zeezi is revealed to not be Zeezi, as it was holographic disguise, the person underneath was wearing a bunch of bandages on her face and had ant antenna on her head. The real Zeezi had witnessed the whole scene. The limo drove off. It also had a symbol on its hood.

Zeezi was freaking out. Someone who looked like her had kidnapped this new guy and drove off. She pulled out her phone. She called Carmilla.
"Hello?" Carmilla said on the phone.
"Carmine, its Zeezi" Zeezi said.
"Ah so did you find the man?" Carmilla asked.
"No, well yes, but not exactly" Zeezi said.
"What do you mean?" Carmilla asked.
"I was going to talk with him, but out of nowhere someone who looked like me came and talked to him, I mean exactly like me, and whoever she was just chloroformed him and drove off" Zeezi explained.
