Chapter 20: I missed you

Nobody's pov:

Everything went well through Evan and (Y/N)'s life, they new they couldn't have anymore children with risking (Y/N)'s life so they adopted two more children. They both where asian, Lotus was older than them by two years and they where both boys. one was two years older than the other. The older one was named Scott, and the youngest was named Eric. They all lived a wonderful life together, Evan and (Y/N) didn't do YouTube anymore after Eric's third birthday because they knew it was time to get full time jobs. Evan worked for a construction company and (Y/N) worked for a real estate company, everything was fine until 20 years later......

Vanoss's pov:

I sit with my head in my hands, I feel someone rub my back and I look up to see my beautiful daughter, Lotus. She was about 27 and she was engaged, "Hey dad." I look to my right and see my son's, Scott and Eric. Scott was 25 and Eric was 23, I sigh and put on a smile," Hey guys....." Lotus rubs my back,"Dad...mom doesn't want you to be worried about her, she wants us all to be strong." I close my eyes to try and prevent tears from falling," I know." Just then the doctor came out with a sullen look on her face, she motions for me to come. The kids get up, but she lifted her hand and shook her head. She takes me too a room with (Y/N) laying quietly on her hospital bed with tubes attached to her arms and nose. She looks up and weakly smiles, she brushes her hair out of her face. The doctor leaves us alone and (Y/N) chuckles softly," Well....I didn't plan to go this way." I stare at her in surprise," Don't say that, you're gonna make it!" She shakes her head and ruffles my hair,"You're getting some more gray hairs." I smile, she sighs." I know I'm not gonna make it, i am weak enough as it is, and most people don't survive breast cancer." I sigh and close my eyes, she squeezes my hand," I have something for you..." she hands me a small book and looks into my eyes,"Only look in when I'm gone, promise?" I feel a tear escape my eye and I hug (Y/N) tightly and promise.

*Two months later*

I stand at a newly dug grave sight, I kneel down and stare at the head stone. "Hey (Y/N), it's been awhile, Well for me anyway. Even though it's only been three weeks since you left, you know, you being only 48 left me with a few years without you.....well....I brought you your favorite flowers!" I lay down a bouquet of (F/F)'s on the grave, I smile softly," I wish you could have seen Lotus's wedding, it was beautiful......Allie, Karyll, Johnny, and Dom where there. They really wanted to see aunt (Y/N), but you where in the hospital......." I sigh and squeeze my eyes shut to stop the tears from falling. " I hope you had a safe trip to Heaven, I wonder if your mom and dad greeted you. When it's my turn......I want you to greet me even though I know you will." I pull out the little book she gave me and I held it out," I am going to open this when I get back home, I bet it's gonna surprise me." I look up at the sky and smile," Its the strangest thing, that we met over the internet because of Jonathan. I'll have to thank him later. I won't love any other woman besides you, because I can't. There is no other woman for me besides you.......I'll visit again soon my love." I kiss my index and middle finger and softly touch the ground where (Y/N) was buried.

~skip to the house~

I plopped down on my sofa and stared down at the book, it was silent in here. I slowly opened it up to see a picture of us at our wedding, I smile and slowly start to flip through the pages, there where picture of our GTA 5 characters to pictures of us at Pax and different weddings. I was in tears by the time I got to the last page, there was a disc that said, 'Remember the old times.' I set my DVD player up and watched the TV screen. I saw a few words fade in, ' Its strange, how we met, and how crazy our lives have been. But I couldn't ask for anything more.' The video that we played together for the first time started to play, "Hey hey hey, WHAT I TELL Y'ALL BOUT GOIN IN MY SHED?!" I laughed at the 19 year old (Y/N) and the 22 year old me. After that video it was her vlog on her first Pax trip, and the video Criag uploaded of us playing Just Dance drunk. It cut to Jonathan and Ray's wedding, then to the video of (Y/N) playing with Karyll and Allie. I smiled as the video of Her, Mya, Ray, and Kelly singing to Jonathan, Craig, Tyler, and I. Then it showed our last video we posted on YouTube, I sighed. I then saw everything fade to black, slowly (Y/N) showed up in her hospital bed with a smile on her face," Hey Evan, by the time you see this I may be departed...but no matter where I am I will always be in here." She pointed at her chest, I put a hand over my heart and tears roll down my cheeks,"I couldn't have asked for a better life despite the downs. You take your time in joining me alright? I won't forgive you if you off yourself." I chuckle and she does as well," Ill miss you Evan....please live a long, happy life for me, ok?" She weakly smiles and turns the camera off.

~15 years later~

I grabbed my phone, I had the sudden feeling that I needed to tell everyone I know that I love them. After texting my kids, family, and friends I layed down on my bed and stared at the ceiling. My door opened slightly and Lotus peeked in." Goodnight dad, I love you!" I smile," Can I get a hug Lotus?" She nods and walks in, she learn down and gives me a tight hug. I pat her back and she leaves my room, I get under my covers and slowly fall asleep. "Evan......." I keep my eyes closed and mutter, "Evan!" I open my eyes to see someone that i haven't seen in 15 years, I gasp and sit straight up,"(Y/N)?" She was in white clothes, she looked like what she did when she was 19. She smiled down and me and held out her hand,"Are you ready?" I stare at her, realizing why she was here,".....well, I think it's been long enough being a old widower...let's go my love." I take her and and a bright light appears, we both headed towards it hand and hand.
