"Well, we've seen your excellent hand-to-hand combat, let's try tactical equipment, we'll play the flag game" Price announces, earning excited applause from several soldiers. "Whoever wins will get a free round of beers" he adds, now earning the furor of the soldiers. "Well, the teams will be as follows, team one consisting of Gaz, Morrigan, Alejandro, Barnes, Gibson and Lawson. Team two for Ghost, König, Soap, Reid, Mitchel and Wilson" The soldiers, both chosen and unchosen, follow the captain to the tactical practice area. "Take paint rifles, and leave any other weapons right here," he points to a large trunk located in the small hut used to observe the practices, its high position on the ground allowing them to see everything. Morrigan leaves her katana leaning against the wall next to the trunk somewhat hesitantly, she did not often part with her katana."I won't let anyone touch it," assures Price with a sweet smile directed at the lieutenant who nods giving him a small smile before grabbing one of the team's vests as the captain finishes naming the various rules. "Okay, you have ten minutes to hide your flag and set a strategy, let's go," Price presses a button on his watch starting the timer. Both groups head to their ground zero to prepare."Okay, any ideas?" Lawson one of the cadets assigned to group one asks interjecting his gaze between the lieutenants pausing several seconds too long on Lieutenant Morrigan. "I think I should carry the flag and not hide it, that way it will be on the move all the time and we won't have to worry about losing position, we should still make them think we are hiding the flag in a specific spot," Morrigan pauses waiting for an objection, something that doesn't come."Let's follow your plan," Gaz nods, taking the paintball rifle in his arms. "Okay, we'll split into groups of two; Gaz and Barnes, Alexander with Lawson and Gibbson you come with me. Alejandro and Lawson will defend that car to make them believe that the flag is inside, Gaz and Barnes will move along the flanks to make a funnel and Gibbson and I will move between different possible hiding places to confuse the enemy, we will move little by little into the enemy zone, as soon as we pass the middle of the field Alejandro will go to a high place to watch our backs and Lawson will stay with the supposed flag, any questions?" The lieutenant's look is directed to each one of her comrades, all of them are watching her with rapt attention."At your orders, boss" The Mexican nods with a big smile, holding out the blue flag to the lieutenant, who turns around so that he can tie it on her back in such a way that it doesn't stand out too much. "Well, let's go, use the radio, leave the volume low so as not to give away your positions," she warns before gesturing to Gibson who nods and follows the lieutenant while the rest of the men head towards their assigned positions.
The loud whistle blows and the hunt is on, Morrigan walks into a small wooden hut that is falling apart and is followed by the cadet who stands on the other side of the window before taking a quick glance outside.
"I think I should carry that flag," mutters the cadet watching the lieutenant out of the corner of his eye who turns her attention away from the woods around the small cabin to the cadet as he approaches her to take the flag from her, somewhat surprised by Gibson's behavior, Morrigan moves away but the cadet manages to grab her from behind knocking her to the ground and standing over her quickly. "You should be treating our wounds as a nurse or in the kitchen, I will not obey your orders," a lewd smile stretches the cadet's lips as he lightly rubs himself on the lieutenant while she tries to hit him under the sound of the first shots, Gibson grabs one of Morrigan's breasts leaning over her to lick her cheek, She takes the opportunity to hit his face with force and pulls him off her, without even stopping to let him recover she takes her belt and ties his wrists with difficulty, he resists but Morrigan hits his face again with her knee leaving him dazed. The lieutenant moves quickly and unties the cadet's belt to bind his legs before she forcefully covers the soldier's mouth so that he can say absolutely nothing.
Morrigan sits up, observing the soldier lying on the ground, bound and gagged, his face red and somewhat swollen, he will have two bruises that will last for several days. After throwing him a look full of contempt and taking her rifle, Morrigan leaves the small hut, making sure not to be seen. "Gibson is down, I'll take the right flank," she mutters over the radio. "Reid is down, one down," whispers Gaz who was moving nimbly on the left flank. "I'm trapped, Soap's got me boxed in," Morrigan increases her speed of movement as she hears Barnes' voice over the radio getting closer and closer to the sound of paint bullets hitting what appeared to be a rusty old van. "Okay, keep him distracted, I'm going after him," mutters the lieutenant, circling the situation with extreme caution, if she made any noise she would give herself away.Little by little the lieutenant manages to surround him until she is right behind the Scottish lieutenant without him or any of his companions discovering her, as a precaution she had turned off the radio but she knew that Barnes was still alive, but not for long because Soap gets closer to the van to eliminate the young cadet, what the Scottish lieutenant didn't count on is the agile lieutenant Morrigan who quickly approaches from behind, placing the tip of the cannon on Soap's vest, who stops abruptly. "Oh-oh" mutters dropping his rifle and raising his hands."Yeah, uh-oh" Morrigan mutters with a grin before firing eliminating him directly from the game. "Ow! That hurt," grunts the Scotsman, turning to reveal the lieutenant. "Well played," he smiles with a small bow as Morrigan turns her radio back on. "Likewise lieutenant, Soap eliminated," without turning her back, Morrigan watches Soap walk away towards the hut where the captain was standing with several soldiers, including Reid. Gibson would take longer to arrive. While the lieutenant was in charge of helping Barnes, Ghost and König had found the cadet tied and gagged, a little surprised they entered the hut making sure that he was not carrying a paint bomb on him and that it was a trap, when he was not, Ghost removed the gag."Fuck," grunts Gibson, spitting out the accumulated saliva, a trace of it falling on his cheek as he can't turn completely around to spit."What are you doing tied up?" interjects Ghost squatting next to him, none of the masked men making any gesture to untie him."Untie me, I'll tell you where the flag is," he asks frustrated, trying in vain to get out of the belts. "Tell us what you know and then we'll decide whether to untie you or not," Ghost tilts his head slightly to one side, observing the visible bruises on the cadet's face. "All right, but then let me go, Morrigan has the flag, she's the one who tied me up, she's a traitorous whore," he shouts, frantically stirring on the ground. "Now let me go," he demands angrily. "Hey, don't leave me here," shouts Gibson as Ghost gets up and they both leave the hut, König shoots him in the chest in response, both stop when the cadet's radio comes on.
"Soap eliminated," the unmistakable voice of the lieutenant echoes over the radio, unaware that she had just given away her position to the two masked men who move quickly to the position where Soap had been heading.
