Chapter 32

Daemon woke up in the middle of the night to Rhaena whimpering. He sit up and turn the lights on.

"Baby." She was curl in a fetal position. He turn her over on her back and see blood on the sheets. "Fuck."

He get off the bed and went to run a hot bath for her. He went back out to get her and bring her to the bathroom. He get her out of her clothes and place her in the hot water.

A sigh leave her lips.

He put her clothes in the sink and turn the water on.

"It's OK. I thought you were on birth control. They should have help with the cramps."

"Not working."

"It's OK." He know those shit won't work forever. "Will you be ok for a while." She nod. He left the bathroom and went to strip the bed. He bring the sheets to the laundry room and put them in wash.

He knock on Levi's door, needing Felicity's help.

The door open and a sleeping Levi stood there. "What?"

"I need Felicity."

"Is everything ok?"

"Rhaena got her period but the cramps are worst than usual. The pills are helping."

"I'll get her." Daemon nod and walk back to him room.

He enter the bathroom and she was curl up.

"Hey."

"Hi." She look exhausted.

He get the soap and wash her off. He get a towel and get her out of the tub. He get a pad off the rack and bring her out. He get her clothes and get her dress.

She curl up against him and he rub her belly.

"I'm here. I got some pills that will ease her for a bit but it's best if you bring her to the hospital."

Daemon give her the pills and make sure she finish the water.

"Oh and chocolates. Can't go wrong with that."

"Thank you Felicity."

"No need." She left the room and Rhaena much on the chocolate.

"Feeling better?"

"A little."

"I'll take you to the hospital in the morning. Get some sleep."

She nod and he tuck her in with a blanket be kept on the couch. The bed wasn't made but she need her sleep more than the bed need sheets.

He went into the bathroom to wash out her pjs.
