Someone's alarm went off. But instead of it being Valerie's, it was Brianna's. Brianna hasn't been to work in a while due to calling off. But now, she goes back. She stopped her alarm, getting out of bed and getting her work clothes. She went to the bathroom, starting to do her morning routine.
When she finished her morning routine, she walked out of the bathroom, stepping into the bedroom and seeing Valerie still sleeping. She walked closer to the bed where she was, placing a a kiss on her forehead before leaving for work.

As Brianna was at work, Valerie woke up to an empty bed. She looked to the left and the right, confused as to why she didn't see Brianna. She finally sat up, rubbing her eyes and getting out of bed to do her morning routine.

Brianna opened the front door, shutting it behind her and setting her shoes on the shoe mat as Valerie came running down the stairs. As Brianna turned around to face the stairs, Valerie jumped into her arms, Brianna holding her tightly as Valerie's legs were wrapped around her waist.
Brianna started to walk up the stairs, Valerie still in her arms. When they reached the bedroom as Brianna shut the door behind them, she placed Valerie on the bed lightly. She then took off her apron, setting it in her dirty clothes basket and getting into pajamas as it was late.
They both got into their pajamas, cuddling with each other in bed after and falling asleep.
