Valerie's alarm went off at 5:30 AM this morning, a Tuesday. Valerie got up and went to Brianna's side of the bed, waking her up so that they could get ready for school together. They got their clothes and got dressed, doing their skincare and makeup along with their hair afterwards.
When they were done getting ready, they put their shoes and backpacks on, walking out the door and heading to school. They arrived minutes later, going to their first class for the day.

As they were on their way home, Valerie had an idea that wasn't anywhere near good. "Bri" Valerie said, Brianna humming in response as they suddenly looked at each other. "What if we get away from here. Get an uber and go to California." Valerie suggested, Brianna thinking about it.
"Yeah, let's do it." Brianna responded, taking her hand and running away, far away.
