The next day, May 13, as Gohan awakes from sleeping and sees the time.
Gohan: 12:50pm! I was out for that long!
Mirko: Could you not yell.
Gohan: Oh, sorry, Mirko, and good afternoon, you sleep, okay.
Mirko: Wait... Afternoon? Oh crap!
Gohan: What's wrong?
Mirko: It's nothing that you should be worried about. It's just that [laughs] Aizawa is stuck with my paperwork.
Back at UA
Aizawa: Mirko should be in her office. Hey Mirko, here's your paper...
Present Mic: "Hey Eraser, how are you--" As he gets wrapped up in Aizawa's scarf.
Aizawa: Mic, where is Mirko?
Back with at Capsule Corp, Gohan and Mirko took their shower and freshen up.
Gohan: Won't you get fire?
Mirko: Nah, I've done it a few times to other staff members, and it's hilarious. [Laughs] They can't fire anyone at this point in time. We were attacked by villains, remember? Plus, it was tense at the workplace, so I thought it would be good to have some fun and have everyone loosen up.
Gohan: True, but you should be at least a little bit more responsible.
Mirko: Yeah, I guess you're right, so what else should we do for now?
Gohan: If you want, I can teach you ki before I get started to teach the others.
Mirko: Awesome! Let's do that right now!
Gohan: N-Now.
Somewhere near but far away from the Son's home, Gohan was in his blue Gi with Mirko in her hero outfit.
As Rumi gets ready for her instructor/ student to start their lesson.
Gohan: Okay, you ready, Rumi?
Mirko: Always. I'm pumped up and ready to fly and shoot Lazer beams.
Gohan: Well... You know what, never mind. For starters to if you want to fly, you'd need to learn energy controlled, which shouldn't be tough once you get the hang of it.
Mirko: ki control, but what's it like?
Gohan: "Well, it's something like this." As he shoots a small ki blast at a rock
Mirko: So wait if I want to learn how to fly and shoot blasts like that. I need to learn ki control. Okay, but how can I use it?
Gohan: You want to relax yourself and have a calm and quiet mind. Like this." As he demonstrates it, a glowing little light appears.
Mirko: Whoa... Okay, so have a quiet mind and relax myself.
Gohan: Just don't rush or overwork yourself, even if you don't get it right on the first time.
Mirko: Right.
As two hours and a half passed, there still wasn't any progression.
Mirko: This is a pain in the ass.
Gohan: [Chuckles] Like I said, relax, don't try and rush yourself Rumi.
Mirko: Easy for you to say you've been doing for your entire life, and I'm just now learning it.
Gohan: Here (grabbing her hands), try and focus for the Chi inside you. Feel its presence.
Mirko: "Hmm." As a small but glitter light appears.
