Taste of her own medicine

At first I don't notice that Tom barely has any clothes on but is almost covered in blood. I'm too focussed on him saving Bill.
Tom pushes Holly off of him and she starts crawling to grab her taser. Tom turns to her and kicks her in the stomach. She whimpers but keeps crawling.

"Where's the key to her handcuffs!?!" Tom shouts at Holly. She reaches for the taser but Tom steps on her lower arm so she can't get it.

"Tell me, or I'll fucking break your arm!" Tom shouts, and he looks scary. I would be scared of him if I was Holly, but right now, I just feel relieved to see him again.
Bill doesn't move one bit. He has stopped crying but he keeps looking at me.

"It's okay Bill... we'll save you. You're gonna be okay." I tell him, trying to give him the hope that I finally feel.
Holly gives Tom the key and he runs towards me. The first thing he does is kiss me. He presses his lips against mine, and they feel just like always. His lips aren't dry and flaky like Bill's have gotten, and I feel so thankfull to feel Tom's lips again. I've missed the feeling so much.

Tom unlocks my handcuffs and I immediately crawl towards Bill. I grab his wrists and put pressure on the cuts, trying to stop the bleeding.
Holly is now free of Tom while we are both focussed on Bill. Bill looks towards Holly with fear and he tries to whisper something. I put my head closer to his mouth to hear what he says.
"Watch out Tom"
I look frantically at Tom and Holly is standing right behind him, ready to tase him.

"TOM!" I shout and he looks behind him. He tries to dodge her but he's not fast enough. Holly digs the taser into his neck the way she did to me earlier. I stare directly into Holly's eyes, trying not to look at Tom.

"Stop right now or I'll fucking tase you to death with your own taser." I say with a stern and precise voice. I look at her the same way she looked at me before hurting me. But she doesn't stop. Somehow, Tom still has enough control over his own body that he manages to kick her in the leg. Holly groans and drops the taser. Tom turns to grab the taser from the ground while panting loudly. I know exactly how he feels.
Tom gives Holly a taste of her own medicine, digginc the taser into her neck and tasing her until she is laying on the ground not being able to make any sounds. Then he stops and throws the taser against a wall, breaking it appart. It's relief to know that Holly won't be able ro tase me again, but now we won't be able to tase her either.
Holly lays on the ground only moving when she sucks in a quick breath once in a while.

"Tom... rip her shirt into pieces. We need the fabric for Bill's cuts." I tell him and he does as I say without hesitation. This is about life or death and Bill is closer to death than life.

The fabric gets soaked quickly, but I make sure to keep Bill's arms up high so the blood flows the other way. His hands are turning slightly blue and I can clearly see all of his veins under his skin. Bill looks like he's about to faint which I can understand. I'm surprised he's still awake.

"Tom... we need to sow these cuts. He will bleed out otherwise." I say to Tom who looks like he's about to cry. If I was him - living with my identical twin for my whole life and doing everything with them - I would probably have started crying already. But Tom is stronger than that, and the moment I tell him that we need to sow Bill's cuts, he gets up and leaves the basement. I focus on Bill again.

"Tom is gonna come back soon and we will patch you back together. You're gonna be fine Bill. Tom and I won't let you leave us. I promise you." I tell Bill, but I'm not even sure he can hear me.
I feel a lump in my throat that gets bigger and bigger, but I can't afford to cry. I need to focus right now. I can't get distracted.

Tom comes back, now with his shirt and pants on, but his dreads are still hanging loosely around his face. I actually think he looks really hot with the hair loose, but I don't have time to think about that right now. He had a first aid kit in one hand and what seems to be a sowing needle and thread. I know that when sowing humans back together, you need special thread and a different needle, but this is all we have right now.
So Tom turns into my assistant and he keeps pressure on Bill's wrists while I prepare the needle and thread. I make sure to clean the needle and thread first and I pray that he doesn't get infected. I tell Tom to take off the fabric from his left hand and I take a tight grip of his wrist. He's still awake, but after I start, he will deffinately faint.
I hate that I have to hurt him like this, but it needs to be done to save him.

I take a very deep and shaky breath before I stick the needle in his skin. I feel his arm jolt and I take a quick look at him before continuing. He has fainted now. That makes it a lot easier. So I keep going with the little knowledge of human anatomy that I have, and I'm surprised that I didn't make more damage than good. And I do the same with the other cut while Tom cleans and wraps the first cut. The cuts are deep but not deep enough that we can't fix it. We successfully patched him together, but he has lost a lot of blood and we have to get him to a hospital soon.
Tom carries Bill to the mattress so he can lay on something fairly soft.

When all of the hard work is done, I don't have the strength in me to stay normal, and I break down crying on the floor beside Bill. I have his blood all over my hands and my whole body is shaking. I never thought I would need any of my doctoral skills that I never really tested before.
Tom comes over and sits down beside me, holding me in his arms. Just like with Bill, I feel safe in his arms.
