We were wrapped in a tight embrace, and in that moment, I felt like I had found the missing piece of my heart. But suddenly, she pulled away from me, leaving me confused and hurt. "What happened?" I asked, trying to move closer to her, but she kept moving away.

"No... No, you're lying. I know you just want to use me again, don't you?" She shouted, shattering every piece of my heart.

"Pratha, how could you think that about me?" I pleaded.

"I want to meet that girl," she said firmly.

"What? No, Pratha! She will only bring harm to you, too," I protested. But she remained resolute.

"No... No, I need to meet her," she repeated.

I begged her, "Pratha, please, no. I can't bear to see you hurt."

"Then, Mr. Vaishnav, be prepared to witness my demise," she threatened, about to run away. In a desperate attempt, I grabbed her wrist and pulled her towards me, holding her tightly in my arms.

"No, Pratha, no! You're hurting me," I cried out.

"Garv, I really want to trust you, but a part of my heart still whispers that I shouldn't. Please, Garv, let me meet her," she pleaded, tears streaming down her face.

"You want to hear the whole story from her directly, right?" I asked, my voice trembling.

"Yes, Garv, yes," she replied, her voice filled with sorrow.

Finally, I managed to convince Garv to let me meet Barkha, but there was a catch

Finally, I managed to convince Garv to let me meet Barkha, but there was a catch. He insisted that I hide while he talked to her. My heart was pounding in my chest, as if it knew something bad was about to happen. Nervously, I positioned myself behind the thick bars of the cupboard, just as Garv had instructed.

I stood there, my breath held, as Garv made the call and invited Barkha over. The anticipation was unbearable, and every passing second felt like an eternity. Then, after what felt like ages, I heard the sound of footsteps approaching. It sent shivers down my spine, intensifying my fear.
