Chapter 8

(I changed the title btww, any other title suggestions would be nice tho)

Everyone woke up in a cold sweat, Aiden was laughing. Like, full on laughing. He couldn't believe he'd done that without dying, it's not that he wanted to, it's just like two months ago he'd accepted the fact that if he does die anytime soon that it'll be here, and he can't change that. But the thrill of it. The thrill of almost dying was amazing, but scary. A scream snapped Aiden out of his thoughts.

"Stop laughing, spiderman!" Tyler yelled angrily. A new nickname. Probably cause of the way he climbed up the wall. He did look a bit like spiderman at one point..

Aiden stopped laughing and just slumped back into the sheets, watching as Ashlynn and Taylor talked about random stuff. Aiden peaked over at Tyler until Ashlynn spoke up "lets go to my house. We have to talk about what happened last night and improve on it, we can't have that happening again."

Everyone got dressed and ready to head over to ashlynns house,

Aiden wore a red spiderman shirt, some blue baggy jean shorts with a star, chunky laces grey DC boots, a DC beanie, with some spiderman rings and a spider necklace.

Ashlynn wore a spidercat shirt with the same jewelry and shoes as Aiden but with some baggy jeans a satchel and a pair of headphones.

Tyler wore a white ushanka, a white shirt with Angel wings, some black baggy jeans, and black jacket, with some white shoes.

Taylor wore a few white and blue necklaces, a sanrio satchel, a white puffer jacket, and mini jean skirt with ruffles at the bottom, with some white fluffy snow boots (they're cute I just dk how to describe them..!!!)

Ben wore a skater hat, a long sleeve white carnifex shirt, a white hoodie, some jean shorts, with a studded belt and a purse. (Taylor's, she didn't wanna carry it ❤️)

Logan wore some plain blue overalls, a yellow-toned koi fish shirt, a bucket hat, a pair of headphones wrapped around his neck, and a little backpack that carried a few candies inside.

Once everyone was ready and went over to Ashlynns house, Aiden was already shivering. Tyler yelled at Aiden while he chucked his jacket at Aiden's face. "I told you to bring a damn hoodie this time!" Tyler exclaimed, to which Aiden whined and replied with a sassy response of "but it'd ruin the outfit! I'd rather be cold then look ugly." Taylor just nodded and mumbled "true, true" Ben had convinced her to wear some leggings.

Aiden slipped on Tyler's jacket as they walked to the bus, all of them laughing at the fact that Ashlynn had fallen. Aiden helped Ashlynn up while he was in a laughing fit, unable to form proper words.

Aiden walked into the bus first, instantly hopping onto one of the bean bags and curling into the thick blankets "cold as shit out there!" He said as he huddled the blanket tight. Tyler tugged on it, yelling at Aiden to share before he yelled at Ashlynn "Ashlynn! Aiden's not sharing!" Ashlynn motioned for Aiden to share, which Aiden did almost automatically. "Snitch.." Aiden muttered towards Tyler.

Suddenly, Tyler lunged at Aiden and shoved a pillow over his head, the two of them wrestled for a good few minutes until Ashlynn yelled at them. The two sat back down looking like kicked puppies as Ashlynn began to speak. "We should add lights to the inside of the walls. We can't have that happening again. And we need to get easy access generators," Ashlynn said in a calm tone before Ben writes down "motion sensors?" As a suggestion, to which Ashlynn nods and looks over at Aiden "could you buy the motion sensors.?" Aiden just nodded with a bright smile before he grabbed out his phone. A few minutes later Aiden turned around his phone and showed Ashlynn a few ideas. After Ashlynn picked one out Aiden bought it and requested express shipping.

[A few days later!!!]

Whenever the motion sensors and a few other things arrived, they where all at Aiden's house again, this time having a horror movie marathon. They had to pick buddies to sit with because Aiden only had three giant bean bags to use for the movie. The groups where, Tyler and Taylor, Aiden and Ashlynn, and Ben and Logan. Taylor was clinging onto Tyler like her life depended on it, and Ashlynn was trying to get Aiden not to scream or lunge because he was overstimulated and giddy. Aiden eventually fell asleep after like the 4th movie, and it was only 5pm. They'd recently gotten two days out of the phantom realm so they didn't  that happened occasionally. The longest time being a week. There were no patterns all of the time off where random and scattered. Tyler was the next to fall asleep, then Taylor, then Ben, then Logan. Ashlynn didn't fall asleep till later because she was too focused on this movie.

That night was another night without the phantom realm, they all slept peacefully till about five am. Tyler was up first, making French toast. Aiden was up last, waking up at eight am. Aiden ended up spilling the flower resulting in Tyler and Aiden arguing. Eventually it ended with Aiden's head put in a headlock by Tyler while Aiden's head was shoved under Tyler's underarm and in-between his shirt. Aiden ended up on the floor, covered in flour giggling. Tyler was laughing too but he eventually continued the French toast after Ben accidentally lit water on fire. All of them ate the French toast, deciding that  today would be a rest day. Aiden ended up going to the gas station in his Spiderman pajamas to get some energy drinks and research a bit. Aiden sat at his desk with the door creaked open and Tyler laying on his bed with a laptop. Tyler typed out ideas to a shared doc with the of the group, it was used for possible ideas. They all met at the end of the week to decide which ideas to go through with or to ignore or wait for. After Aiden and Tyler were done doing research, Aiden fell out of his chair because he was spinning too much, landing with his shoulder first to the ground.
