Aiden yelped at the sudden grab, whipping around to find Tyler there. "Fuck— you scared me!" He exclaimed with a smile as he snickered a bit. Tyler looked Aiden up and down, a little bit of a laugh coming from him "you even matched my jersey colors? I'm not surprised with the amount of clothes in your closet." Tyler said with a teasing tone before he grabbed Aiden's hand, leading him towards a seat near the front "saved this seat for you, make sure you get some popcorn, i wanna steal a few bites from you, alright?" Tyler said with a laugh before he ruffled Aidan's hair, allowing him to sit down.
Aidan sat down, looking up at Tyler with a bit of a cheeky look. "Isn't your game starting in like four minutes?" Aidan laughed at Tyler, watching as Tyler's eyes widened and he ran towards the locker room. Tyler came out with the rest of his teammates, wearing his jersey.
The first person he looked at was Aidan, instantly waving at him. Aidan wasn't there though, instead he walked into the gym doors with candy and popcorn in his hand, along with a drink. Tyler just laughed at him and got on with the game.
During the game Tyler had stolen a few handfuls of popcorn from Aidan, surprisingly the coaches and referees didn't notice. Tylers team ended up winning by quite a few points, Aidan ended up losing track in the end despite the fact that the points were displayed right in front of him. Either way by the time Tyler and his team were done celebrating in the locker room Tyler's was invited to dinner, which of course he invited Aidan to go with him.
Aidan instantly said yes considering the fact that his stomach was literally grumbling the entire game because by halftime almost all of the popcorn was gone because of tyler. Aidan and Tyler showed up to dinner together, the two of them wearing something different from during the game. Aidan was wearing a blue and black striped sweater, some blackish-green colored cargo pants, blue star boy shoes, some blue leg warmers that went up to just below his knees, and a black tote bag that had puzzles, his phone, iPad, a few random picture books and a plushie that Ashlynn had given him. And Tyler was wearing his jersey, with a plain white t-shirt under it and some jean shorts with crumpled socks and red and white Jordan's.
Once the two entered they sat down together at a big round booth with everyone else, Aidan was squished between Tyler and another guy that was taller than him by a little bit. Aidan ordered something off the kids menu because the kids menu was the only menu that had something that looked appetizing. (He got sphagetti again..🫶) while Aidan ate everyone else talked about random drama, at one point they brought up how close Tyler and Aidan where sitting. Which they weren't wrong, Aidan was pushed against Tyler's side because of the little amount of room in the booth. "Yknow, Aidan and Tyler are sitting awfully close. Are you guys dating?" a guy that looked kinda like a Disney jock asked. Tyler and Aiden laughed out loud, Aiden spit out his water on accident because of how hard he was laughing. Tyler managed to say after their major laughing fit "us? Dating? No, not ever. And besides, do you guys not realize how little room we have?" Tyler said as he wiped a fake tear from his eye dramatically.
A few of the others just snickered, leaning back in their seats before they FINALLY got the food. Willie everyone was eating the same guy decided to bring up "hey, who's paying?" Before he spoke once more "how about we let Aiden pay? Hes like, stupid rich, right?" The guy asked as he snickered, nudging one of his friends for them to laugh too in which Tyler looked over at him, a bit of an annoyed look on his face. "We're all gonna pay for ourselves, asshole. Besides, unless your drunk of a dad stole all your money again then you can go ahead and use that money you were bragging about earlier." That made the guy shut up instantly, making him look like a kicked puppy. after that incident Aiden and Tyler hurried up and left, paying for themselves and leaving a sweet tip for paying for that other guy.
Once Aiden and Tyler got in Tyler's car Tyler said something that made Aidens eyes light up before he asked "what about the others?"
