"Is that...my biological dad?!?" Olivia says with worry written all over her face.

Bang Chan throws his arm across Olivia's chest, protectively.

      "Stay back, Olivia."

Bang Chan's sister, Hannah, barges forward, her fists clenched at the sight of Olivia's biological father.

"You have no right to be here, Ryan."

Bang Chan said this guy was a terrible guy, but why?

My question is partly answered when he pulls out a gun and aims it right at Hannah.

"You thought you could keep my kid away from me? Give her to me. I deserve to know my own daughter!"

I step in front of Olivia, hoping to protect her if he fires.

"That's right, Ryan. Olivia has a whole force of people behind her who will kick your ass, first chance we get."

"Why is my dad...biological dad...threatening us?"

At the sight of Olivia's tears, he lowers the gun, but his hands are shaking, his face red with fury.

"Olivia, you are my daughter, and you need to come with me NOW."

"Bang Chan is my dad!" Olivia growls back at him.

But she's looking between Bang Chan and the strange man, her bottom lip trembling.

"Sweetie...your biological dad is dangerous." I tell her.

      "Like hell I am!"

He raises his weapon, this time at me.

"You are NOT fucking threatening any of my girls."

Bang Chan storms forward, his arm around the man's back in a second as he wrestles the gun from his hands. He tosses the weapon out into the yard as he pushes the man to the ground. He flails under Bang Chan's body.

      "Let me go!"

"We need to call the cops."

"No! No one can know about this. If it gets out that I have a daughter...and I'm not married..." Hannah tells me frantically.

"What? Surely you don't care that much about what these prudes think."

"...I'm a schoolteacher. It's my whole life. I love my job more than anything."

"Marjorie in on the school board. If she had proof, if she could convince those old fogies it was true? They'd fire Hannah in a heartbeat." Bang Chan informs me.

Hannah's shoulders fall as her ex laughs from beneath Bang Chan.

"That's why you haven't told anyone? Your job? Baby, I got money!" Ryan smirks at Hannah.

"From stealing and scamming! I don't want your dirty money, Ryan."

"You're a convicted felon. You shouldn't be around kids." Bang Chan growls.

"Ryan, shut the hell up. Okay. If he's a felon, the cops can really make him hurt. We don't have to say why he's here. We'll come up with another reason we called." I tell them.

      "Good call, (Y/N). Like what?"

I take out the phone and dial the police. When they arrive, they assess the situation.
