The eight couples are walking to their next stunt holding their partner's hand. They see Emily and they are ready to get through the next stunt.
"How is everyone doing? First of all, congrats to Kas & Kathy for winning that trip to Africa in the last stunt." said Emily.
Everyone was clapping and were ready for their next stunt. They saw two kayaks in the water, a platform in the water, two flag poles on shore and a helicopter flying over the water. They were wondering what they were doing next.
"Here is your next stunt. One of you will hang off the skid of that helicopter as it travels over the lake. You will then drop into the water and swim toward your mate, who will be in the water with a kayak. You will climb into the kayak, your mate will pull you to shore while the helicopter sails overhead. Once you get to shore, you will both sprint to a flagpole and each of you will grab a flag to stop the clock. The couple that does this the slowest will be eliminated while the couple that does this the fastest will get ten thousand dollars." said Emily.
The couples were clapping and were ready to start the stunt.
"We have randomly selected today's order and the first heat will be Derek & Lesley VS Kas & Kathy. The first two couples come with me" said Emily.
Derek, Lesley, Kas & Kathy went with Emily to start the race.
"Alright Kas & Kathy, who will be pulling the kayak?" asked Emily.
"I will be because I am stronger but we are both good swimmers." said Kas.
"Derek & Lesley, what about you guys?" asked Emily.
"Derek will be pulling. He is not the best swimmer, but I hope he will do his best." said Lesley.
"Alright, good luck to both couples. Remember slowest couple is a goner." said Emily.
As soon as Emily left, Derek, Lesley, Kas & Kathy stripped down to their bathing suits and put on life jackets. They got into a boat to carry them to their respective point in the stunt. Kas and Derek jumped in the water to the kayaks. The boat then brought Lesley and Kathy to the platform with a crew member to start the race.
"Alright, here we go, time will start once both girls are in the water, time stops when the second person from each pair grabs their flag." said Emily.
The helicopter flies to the platform. The safety person guides Lesley and Kathy to grab onto the helicopter's skid. The helicopter lifts both of them off the people and down to a buoy area. Lesley and Kathy dropped into the water (starting the clock) and they started swimming toward their partner. Kathy got to the kayak, got in and Kas started swimming the kayak with Kathy in it to shore. Meanwhile, Lesley got to her kayak fifteen seconds behind Kathy, got in and Derek started swimming but he was very slow at swimming. Kas got the kayak to shore, Kathy got out of the kayak and they both ran as fast as they could. They both grabbed a flag and finished with a time of five minutes and thirty-six seconds. Meanwhile, Derek slowly got the kayak to shore, Lesley got out of the kayak and they both ran as fast as they could to the flags. They grabbed a flag and they finished with a time of nine minutes and nine seconds. Both couples got dressed and joined the group.
"Good job to both couples. Kas & Kathy, you guys got a great time of five minutes and thirty-six seconds. Derek & Lesley, you guys have the worst time with nine minutes and nine seconds. Let's see if anyone can beat those times. The next heat will be Jon G. & Lynette VS Jon W. & Rebecca. Let's get it started" said Emily, grabbing the next two couples.
Jon W., Jon G., Lynette & Rebecca went with Emily to start the second race.
"Alright, Jon W. & Rebecca, who is going in the kayak?" asked Emily.
