~Present~
The kids left the classroom and Aiara pack her things up.
"Ms. Honey?"
"You ok Alicia?"
"Can you read this over for me please?" Aiara take the manuscript. "I want to make sure it's perfect and you're the best person to do it."
"I'm honored."
"I'll see you tomorrow." Aiara put the manuscript in her bag and left the classroom.
She walk to her car and put her bag in the passenger seat. She got in and head to her favourite cafe. She love the atmosphere and can get alot of work done there.
She got to the cafe and bring her papers in. She wave to the cashier as she take her seat.
She sorted her papers before going to the counter to order.
"Good day I see,"Heather said.
"Yep. I'll have a cinnamon roll with ice coffee."
"Coming right up." She look at the pastries in the display case, wondering what to get. She'll make up her mind in due time. "Here you go."
She hand her the money and thank her. She turn to go back to her seat and bump into someone, spilling her coffee.
"I'm so sorry. Are you OK?"
"I'm OK little human."
Aiara look up and her eyes widen. She hasn't forgotten those eyes. The red dangerous looking eyes.
She get some napkins and dab at his suit.
"I'm so sorry. Its my fault."
A large tattooed hand grabbed her wrist stopping.
"Little human."
A shiver went down her spine. His voice sound nothing like when she first met him. Then again it's probably due to the fact that he was in pain.
"Hi." She fold her arms behind her, suddenly feeling nervous.
The same tattoo hand lift her chin.
This man is dangerous. Then again he could have kill her years ago but didn't.
"We meet again."
"Yeah. And you're alive."
His lips twitch but he didn't smile.
"Sir."
"What?" Aiara flinch at the sudden anger in his voice as he turn to look at the poor man. "This better be important."
"The men are here."
He take a deep breath and look at Aiara.
"I'll see you around little human."
"Aiara Honey."
"Felix Cullen."
