The palace is silent as Aiara lay in the water. She's back to how she was. Whatever they did again once again change her DNA. She was prettier this time. She's a mermaid instead of a siren. No sharp teeth or nails. Just her with a beautiful tail.
"You know I was never the one to go swimming. Now water is my life."
"Look on the bright side,"Felix said. "No long teeth or nails. Though I must admit I did like that look a little bit."
Aiara splash him with her long shimmering blue tail.
"Hey!"
"I should be the one complaining about water."
"You mess up my hair."
"Talk about your hair one more time and you'll go bald."
"I can't go bald sweetheart."
Aiara roll her eyes and slide into the water. She swim to the edge and pull herself up. Her tail turn to legs and she stand up.
Felix wrap a towel around her. He lead her inside and get her a cup of tea.
"Are you sure you're OK?"
"Yes I'm sure. I'm heal up and not tired."
"You still need your beauty sleep."
"Should I be worried. Worried that people will keep coming after me?"
Felix pull her on his lap. "I'm not going to lie to you Aiara. I will not be able to always protect you. I won't always be home. But what I know is I'll try and protect you as best as I can."
"That's all I need."
She yawn and Felix grin widely. "You sleepy now?"
Aiara blush. "OK maybe a little."
She wrap her arms around his neck and he stand up with her.
"You're lucky I love you."
"And you'll be loving me forever right?"
"Forever and always my love."
The next morning Aiara make breakfast and Felix drop Connie off at school and Aiara went back to wedding planning. Everything will be ready by the time New Year roll around.
Aiara feed Bella and give her some tummy time. She's turning on her own now and Aiara love capturing those small moments.
"There are two of my beautiful ladies." Felix sit down on the blanket and tickle Bella's tummy. "You're such a cutie. Yes you are."
"You know this baby talk is turning you into an actual dad."
"I am a dad. I can't help the baby talk."
"It's cute."
Bella chew on his finger while he kiss Aiara on thr lips.
"I love you."
"I love you too."
