I woke up to the sun streaming through the curtains I quickly slipped out of bed to not disturb Katie and pulled on a shirt and a pair of shorts and ran down the hallway to Lillys room, remembering she was sleeping in the spare room till her birthday room surprise, I woke her up and quickly got her dressed. I pulled Alex off the couch and pushed him out the door towards the truck. I buckled Lilly up and we were off. I pulled into Ann's driveway and dropped Lilly off with her for the day. "Good morning" Ann said as she opened up the door "today is the big day" she smiled "Katie has been on to me" I said "she's been thinking I've been cheating for the past two days because I've been taking so many calls outside and not in front of her" I sighed "She will all realize it's been on good faith" Ann said and hugged me I walked back out the the truck where Alex has just woken back up. I smacked him in the head "What the hell" Alex said rubbing his head "Dude you almost ruined the whole proposal" I said pissed off. "What happened" "Katie saw you at the store and you confessed your love for her and told her we are getting married tomorrow" I said annoyed at him "Oh sorry man, Hannah and I broke up and I'm just trying to get through it" he looked over at me sheepishly. I pulled in front of his house "get out I have a lot of important stuff to do" I said and chuckled He smiled and got out of the truck "Good luck buddy" he said. I pulled away from his house and headed to my family's hunting property that I was planning the proposal at. I had everything in the truck ready to go. I pulled everything out and started to set up

I finished lighting the candles and I stepped back looking at the set up. I smiled I think she will love it. I checked my phone and she had texted me a couple of times so I called her "Hey baby" I said "Hey when are you" she asked "I've been home this whole day by myself" "Your mom will be over soon" I said "What why" she questioned me. "Katie, today is not the day for you to ask any questions ok" I asked She let out a little huff "ok" "There's a dress in the closet you can wear that tonight" I smiled knowing she's going to look amazing in it. "I love you, I'll see you soon" I said.
Katie's POV
"Theres a dress you can wear" Luke said and I walked over to the closet and opened the door. Right in front there was a white dress handing. "I love you I'll see you tonight" he said "I love you" and I hung up the phone. I walked back to the closet to inspect the dress. I loved it.
