City of Stoneville, at Arklay Mountains, various miles East from Raccoon City.
The civillians from the township of Stoneville where mostly cut off from communication with Raccoon City down by September 24th, mainly due to problems with the communications tower down at the city, as citizens only being able to witness the Racoon News and Racoon City Times, and the local news station #4 "News Comet", Raccoon Channels #78, Raccoon News Network with terrible TV reception.
As well as constant reports from the Arklay County Sheriff's Department, Arklay County Emergency Services, Arklay County Office of Emergency Management, Arklay County Police, minimally from the Stoneville Township Police, the city council, and the township mayor.
Stoneville citizens weren't able to establish contact with the city mainly through the web or phone lines, and TV channels that led to it where heavily limited, with only either state news stations, or other nearby cities like Latham Township, or few reports from the news stations from the city being able to share information, limited mostly to just "violent riots".
However the News Comet news station, though reporting similar descriptions from the other news stations, seemingly are more descriptive, about "recently deceased bodies cannibalization" happening on the streets, though most of the towns folk brushed it off as exaggerated foolishness for easier attention.
Concerns raised as the National Guard began to make their presence known across the freeways that connected between Stoneville with the mainline road that led to Raccoon City and the outskirts of it.
It reached at a higher point as Nat. Guard soldiers, Federal. Emergency. Management. Agency. (or FEMA for short), and for whatever reason... the Center for Disease Control (CDC) began setting up medical headquarters on the township and the surrounding forest for the citizens of Raccoon that might've been affected by this so-called "radioactive waste" incident, as well for check up and security for the township, as the mayor, sheriff, and city council reassured the citizens of the township to remain calm and comply with the safety orders via radio, .

"Ladies and Gentlemen of Stoneville, i, your mayor, Jayce O'connor...
I stand before you today, not just as your Mayor, but as a representative of our community's resolve and resilience. We have been through challenging times before, and we will navigate through this situation with the same unwavering spirit that defines us. Today, I am joined by representatives from FEMA, the CDC, and the National Guard, who have pledged their support and expertise to ensure the safety and well-being of every single one of us.
Our primary concern is the recent reports of radioactive waste found near our township. This is a serious matter that requires immediate attention and action. The presence of such materials poses significant risks to our health and environment. We are taking all necessary precautions to contain and neutralize this threat, ensuring that our community remains safe.
FEMA has mobilized resources to establish a containment zone around the affected area. This will prevent any further spread of potential contamination and protect our homes and families. The CDC is conducting thorough investigations to assess the extent of the risk and to develop a comprehensive plan for decontamination and recovery. Their expertise in public health emergencies is invaluable, and we are grateful for their guidance.
The National Guard is on standby, ready to assist in any emergency response efforts. They will work closely with the Pennsylvania State Police, Arklay County Sheriff's Department, Arklay County Police, Arklay Arklay County Emergency Services, Arklay County Office of Emergency Management, Arklay County Police, the Stoneville Township Police, Stoneville Emergency Services, and Stoneville Township Fire Team to maintain order, security and assistance within our community, as well as the rest of Arklay County. We are committed to keeping Stoneville safe and secure.
