Jungkook felt bad for Jimin, for having to put up with Taehyung and for Taehyung for feeling the way he does about Jimin. It's a weird as fuck place to be in, being torn between your friend and your... whatever Taehyung is.

Jungkook's phone goes off for what feels like the hundredth time in a matter of hours and he sighs when he sees it's a text from Jimin. Both Taehyung and Jimin have been texting him like crazy since they're stuck together for the holiday.

Jimin calls to complain about Taehyung and Taehyung... Well, Jungkook's not really sure how to describe what he's doing. They had a really good conversation the night before last. It wasn't even about anything specific. It was just like they were getting to know each other again. Like Taehyung was letting him in again. He loved it. It just reminded him of how much he missed Taehyung over the last two years.

Taehyung has managed to worm his way back in despite how hard Jungkook had tried to keep the wall up. It's hopeless. He has fallen in love with him again or maybe the love he thought was lost just rekindled.

Jungkook's phone vibrates again and he glances down to see Jimin calling.

He almost didn't answer it, but then felt like the biggest asshole ever. It's not like he is doing anything but sitting in his room, lost in his head. Mashing the answer button, he brings the phone to his ear, not even saying anything before Jimin is yelling into the phone.

Jungkook winces slightly, pulling the phone back as Jimin goes off.

"This son of a bitch has lost his mind. Like full-blown fucking psychopath," Jimin bites out, and Jungkook fights off a smirk at his angry tone. Jimin isn't ever angry. He's always really nice, a tad bit sassy, and super anxious, but never growly.

"What happened now?" Jungkook questions, resting back against the headboard of his bed and drawing his knees up to his chest.

"He came bursting into my room earlier, telling me to stay away from Yoongi. Can you believe that? Like I'm going to stop seeing my boyfriend because he tells me to."

Jungkook frowns as Jimin goes on telling him about how possessive Taehyung is over Yoongi and how he thinks Taehyung has a crush.

"I seriously doubt that though. I mean, Taehyung and Yoongi have been friends for as long as I've been at this school. If something was going to happen between them, I feel like it'd have happened by now. And, Yoongi is not even Taehyung's type."

"He could be hiding his feelings. People do it all the time."

The words hit Jungkook too close to home and he is really glad Jimin can't see, what he sure is guilt, written all over his face.
