Issei learned a valuable lesson as he had forgotten about Irina's competitiveness. As a result, whatever hickey that he gave her, she doubled it right back. A couple days later and her marks were still there, while her hickeys were covered, his were not. So when he got teased, all she did was just smile at him. He couldn't be angry with her either as she had a smile that lit up the world. Even before she became an angel, she was always a bright individual and he felt ashamed for not giving her the time she deserved earlier.

The competition did stop and Irina marked it as her victory, which she laughed about. She also wondered why he liked to cuddle her, to which he told her that she was similar to Xenovia and would kick him out of the bed. She did it when they were children, during sleepovers. The only difference was that cuddling Xenovia wouldn't work, but then again, he never tried. With Irina, she would usually let out a sigh of content and that indicated to him that she wouldn't try anything while asleep.

Now here he was in the training room with Rossweisse working on his magic skills. He had formed two magic circles in front of him, concentrating on the fire magic like Rossweisse told him. She sat patiently on the side, so she didn't disturb his concentration.

Issei: Ha! - as two fire pillars emerged from the ground - damn it!

Rossweisse: You have to mold it with your mind for the element to take shape, Ise-kun.

Issei: I know, I know, let the fire mold, ugh, damn, I suck with magic still.

Rossweisse: Well, you were able to make those perverted techniques.

Issei: Meh, maybe that was my drive back then and Rias certainly didn't help either.

Rossweisse: Yeah, I've seen as much.

Issei: You have?

Issei: I guess you're right, you know when I was first reincarnated, I was trying out what happened to my body, getting a feel of it before I even met Rias, but you know what's funny?

Rossweisse: What?

Issei: Despite my perversion, I never gave myself to another girl, when Rias wanted to go through with it to break her marriage, but I couldn't do it. Issei: Yeah, I was trying something else and I had asked Asia to help me, it wound up shredding her clothes and the pervert in me won the battle.

Rossweisse: And Akeno was supposed to help you with magic, huh.

Issei: Back then, yeah, I'm not a prodigy like you are, Rose-sensei, you have talent.

Rossweisse: Yet you have proven through your hard work to overcome that talent. Speaking of Akeno, you didn't sleep with her nor Xenovia for that matter.

Issei: Yeah, Akeno was going through stuff and sure, sex may have helped provide some relief, but that's the thing. It would only be temporary, the pain would still be there and for Xenovia, well, I did learn that Irina would speak about me during their time in the church when they met at the age of 14, which would explain her perverted approach towards me in the locker room.
