William: there are 5 important rules that you must learn, i would like to point out that we did not invent these rules but have existed for many years within our family, do not use the word ''children'' in front of young people but to refer to them as "children" or by their real names, never physically punish children since the education motto in our family is "a child is never bad", there is no shouting or screaming in our house and that you choose a "couch chat" when things get complicated, goes to bed by 7pm, doesn't have to spend too much time on the television, computer or phone, lots of outdoor activities
